Dear ED,
I bought in 16 december 2008, a copy of BS with this serial n.
*****-********-******-*******-******
I found the e-mail with the transation code:
The unique reference for this transaction is: @@@@@@@@@@@@@
Now I've tried to install again in my just formatted computer and starforce said to me that:
The number of activations allowed by your Serial Number is exceeded. Please contact the product publisher.
So, I've installed ony one copy and ONLY on my pc, so only one activation?
If in your database, there is someone that have my same serial, he's a thief, tell me what I've to do to demonstrate that I'am the legal owner of this serial number.

Greetings,
Our data bases are all intact. We are not responsible for serial numbers.

So what?!??
I gave you the ID of transaction, my serial number, in your "intact" database you have my transation and the only thing you can say is that you are not responsible for serial numbers?
What kind of service is that??
I didn't just say that I have gift any of my activation to someone, I'm asking, it's my right, to have my other 6 activations.
Even if, for example, I used all my 7 activation because I chaged HW, I have the right to have others, I payed for a software, not limited.
I hope that I haven't to discuss again my rights and don't wait much more than 48 hours for a reply.
Best Regards
