Looking at Maddaawg 2nd photo. It looks like the issue regard strength may simply be print orientation. It looks like it is printed with the hat switch face up. Due to this the layer lines can be seen going horizontal along the width of the ring tangs making that part very week, you need to be layering left to right along the tangs length to increase strength with 100% infill. I can see why it has been printed as it has. This was obviously to make the holes for the hat switch, battery and wiring clean. However this at sacrifice of strength. It would be better to print on one of the sides to overcome this. Please don't take this a criticism I am simply trying to offer help as have been 3d printing for a few years and have made all the mistakes you can make. I genuinely think you have a good product and price is justified as I know how much work goes into design an manufacture.
