  10. Hi all. Just wondering what PC spec you were using for your first flight sim. Mine in 1992 (to run Falcon 3) was a 386DX 40Mhz with 4 gig of ram 14" monitorand an 85 meg hard drive (of which i was told I would never, in a hundred years fill up (bloody sales people). before my first P.C I had a Speccy 48k and an Amiga 500 before that ran the likes of FS Pilot, Falcon, F16 Fighter Pilot ect. But what did you all start with? would be nice to share
  11. Bearing in mind in 1997 I paid £120 for 8meg of ram!!!

  20. Eureka!!! It works. Turned off "surface optimisation", that made a difference. Thanks. PeterP . then I followed your tip using SoftTH, bloody fantastic smooth as silk! Again thanks PeterP and all you other guys for your time and effort, I applaud you all:clap_2:("Ok calm down Dave its only a game", said my wife just then) She hasn't a clue :music_whistling:
  21. I have checked for this but don't seem to have "SuperSample AA" or "Adoptive AA" I also have the latest drivers on my system :noexpression:
  22. This is what i did then put it in the Config/MonitorSetup folder Daves mfd setup.lua
  23. Yep sorry about that, was rushing it a bit
  24. Used a formula I found on this forum to stretch over two monitors (1920x1080- 24" and a 1024x768-12") so I could place my MFD's on the latter in rediness for my "Cougar MFD's" (my soon to be birthday present). Is it wrong to do it this way? would it be better to use something like Helios.
