  2. Hey FYI - new DCS update breaks this mod. A few of the guys I fly with are reporting the same issue. No SA page. for 2.1.42 and tested in 2.1.43 as well Also as an aside - im also curious if we should be modifying the files mentioned for DDI readability in VR. and what does the MFD textures do? i use a different clean cockpit mod, but i also did try with the MFD textures file and it also didnt work today thank you for a great mod! hope your PC is fixed!
  3. are there any plans to allow us to change the brightness of the overlay if we arent going to change the IFLOS brightness? still too bright in VR for me...but id compromise and be very happy if the overlay brightness could be adjusted. its too bright for case III

  6. a few more representative shots up closer - its better in the single eye rectangle screen capture than it is in full resolution 2 eye in the headset. in the headset the approach is like flying towards the sun. null
  7. Thanks - turned bloom off. its slightly improved. but now i noticed theres a thread on this issue over in the supercarrier bugs. might be related to the recent update. they turned up the lights which might have helped our 2D friends...might have hurt VR users
  8. Came here looking for this issue. In VR night ops on supercarrier is unusable for case III recovery not just IFLOS - but carrier deck lights and the tower lights too. Please see attached. Its much worse with VR bloom effect on - and these screenshots dont quite do it justice. in the VR headset its just a messy blur. also +1 for ability to adjust the VR IFLOS overlay position/brightness running 4080s, 7800x3d, 64gb ddr5-6000, 8tb nvme, quest 3, virtual desktop w/ dedicated 6ghz network cant speak for how it looks in 2D - but perhaps we can get some sort of slider. i recognize this might be lower priority - but in my opinion the deck crew are at least functional enough to get on and off the carrier. the recovery light situation makes case III much more challenging. mods might help but some servers will fail integrity check with the above mod. happy to provide any additional logs or screenshots as required. agree entire carrier is bright as hell.

I am having this same issue. these lights are super bright. completely washes out the E bracket. bright and strobe like quest 3, 4080 super, 7800x3d, 64gb RAM. using virtual desktop. not sure what setting can/should be changed to fix this,. it looks even worse inside the headset, its very much like a veryn bright strobe. and the deck lights are also too bright
