I posted this message yesterday in the Workaround Section because I had the same problem. But I found an easy workaround. Hope it work for you as well ! EDIT: Just tested it again because I saw that there other people with the same problem. The Workaround works (Hit the "I" Key from the I/R communication option. I have a binding on my Hotas and it worked again with this option) My other posting "I had a little problem with Mission 4 yesterday and today. I needed to cancel it for two times. As I spotted and flied over the smuggler ship, it says to use the F10 Option to give an update to Knight but there was no F10 Option available. So I was not able to proceed from this point. Then I remembered that you refreshed the campaign to the I/R system and I tried it again today. This time as I was asked to inform Knight about the smuggler it was also no F10 Option available but this time I only pressed my "I" Key for the I/R system and this triggered the correct message to Knight and I was able to proceed and finish the mission. Might be a user error from my side but I wanted to share it. So if you are not receiving a F10 Option at the smuggler ship at Mission 4 just hit the "I" Key from the I/R system and it will work. I had a similar challenge about 2 weeks ago and also tried a lot of things. I also tried to delete the fxo and metashaders2 folder and deleted all scripts and mods. Tried older Nvidia drivers (with DDU) with Nvidia APP or without it (not relevant for you). I tested deleting OpenXR kit and different quadviews options and checked different process lasso settings. Things that helped me in the past but unfortunately not this time. What helped me at the end, was one of the basic things that is always mentioned (Renew the DCS folder). I renewed the DCS folder in C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS by renaming it (C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCSbackup) and started DCS again so the folder will be created by DCS. Then i stopped DCS and copied the old config folder from the backup (C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCSbackup\config) to C:\Users\username\Saved Games\DCS. By doing this i did not needed to renew all the configurations. Then i started DCS again and all the stutters were gone. I was really surprised about the effect and i can still reproduce it by switching back to the DCSbackup folder. It also showed nothing obvious in the dcs.log I think it's worth a try and will need about 5-10 minutes time invest.
