Basically nothing to say to this except that it is dark and slightly looking different. Extract the zip so it is a normal folder go to 'Users\Lite\Saved Games\DCS.openbeta\Liveries\Cockpit_F-16C' drag the folder in there Launch DCS and go to the Options -> Special -> The Jet you want to have it on -> Cockpit -> Select the folder I did the same thing for the Hornet if you are interested.
