I'm afraid I've decided to retire this server. I don't get to play much and it is depressing to see it continually crash. I hope DCS multiplayer can 'work' reliably one day. Take care!

Vrukanlo - I don't think you are banned. I cannot find Pablo in the logs at all, if that is your username. Watari - There is a TS3 server and you should get details in the MOTD. I started this server a while back and am glad it gets good use. Unfortunately 'life' has taken over and I rarely get online myself (just check in on it from time to time from my iPad) Sleem

There are only a couple of perma-bans on the server, for those recognised as causing trouble for others. Everyone else should be able to connect

Following a recent PM about team-killing on the server ... Going Ugly is supposed to stay open and be friendly to new players. New players sometimes make mistakes or perhaps don't realise how seriously some take their simming - particularly those who fly such realistic sims. If you have an issue with another player I would prefer you try to talk to them and sort it out. Persistent breaking of the only server rule ('play nice') will result in a ban. The logs will be checked if problems are reported. Play nice!

I thought MOTD did work but is not shown immediately on joining. I am happy to send my config if you think that would be of any help?

Going ugly uses ServMan from here, http://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=73625 which seems to work the same as for A10.

I had no problems getting DCS to remember my password. I think it will only remember it if the server closes down properly. Most of the time servers seem to close by crashing so maybe this is the problem?

Going Ugly has been updated to run DCS World. ServMan is installed which I think still works. I hope this runs stable!

Have you setup port forwarding?

This should now be resolved. Btw, if you have any missions that you know work well on standard MP (no mods) then let me know. Most of Dragon's missions are not stable with the current patch unfortunately.

Since 1.1.1.1 (and 1.1.1.0 for that matter) it's been unstable and prone to crash. I've restarted it when I can. Currently I am having some server 'issues' and am changing OS amongst other things. It will be back up, hopefully in a few days when I get round to reinstalling and setting up A10 again. This server would be up and running open pretty much all the time, if it was stable enough. I think this was a bug in an older version of ServMan but has been corrected in latest version. It works for my server and I can't think why it doesn't for you :( strange!

I think there are three options for pausing, all grouped together in the config, and I set them all to True I think there is a /resume command too

ServMan301rc1.zip installed and working. After multiple frequent crashes the server has suddenly been up for over 24hours. I don't think there is anything to do to make it more stable but wait for the next patch

There has been an issue with hardware at the data centre hosting my server which has now been resolved (or so I am told!) It has been causing packet loss over the past week or so which may explain some of the issues. The server is very prone to crashing, ever since 1.1.1.0 patch. If problems with lag etc persist let me know, but I'm not sure what I can do about it :(

Following a recent PM asking about the state of the server ... The server is updated to 1.1.1.0 and missions have been updated too. Unfortunately the latest patch has made the server unstable and it crashes frequently. I restart it when I can but that explains why it is down so much of late. Sorry!

My A10 server seems to crash more often since the 1.1.1.0 patch. Roughly once a day :(

Those speeds are fast enough, so should be ok as long as you don't have a data allowance/limit. You may find 100-200gb of data per month is used. Bear in mind that if you use the connection for other things this may affect the server. Best of luck!

Yes it will run under MS Windows Server 2008r2 :) It also needs a real gfx card so make sure you can get drivers if you go for such a set up If you are only going to run A10 on the server I should think Win7 64bit is best
