  1. If like me you have an interest in the Falklands/Malvinas conflict, cold war aviation, naval air power or all of the above, it's worth keeping tabs on this sim under development. The Harrier videos contained in the link on the first post on this forum page are well worth a download. http://forum.combatace.com/index.php?showtopic=5997&st=400 Cheers, Spinner
  2. Thanks ED and everyone else for listening and getting a CD-check only product out there for purchase. Soon as I'm back from holiday I'll be ordering a copy of FC from RCSimulations in the UK. Cheers! Spinner
  3. You guys who like the 80s stuff are watching the progress of Jet Thunder too I hope. Maybe not too much in there for the US afficionados but it IS set in 1982. Harrier GR3, Sea Harrier, Pucara, Mirage III, A4 Skyhawk, etc. Still early days but can't wait for a demo. Cheers, Spinner
  4. Thanks for the information Jason, Do you know if distributors of NaturalPoint products in the UK (RC Simulations or EDimensional spring to mind) will also be selling this product locally? Regards, Spinner
  5. Looking forward to whatever UK region CD purchase option there is (RC Simulations, NaturalPoint, etc.) for Flaming Cliffs. Happy to support the product with my cash but as a neutral (more of an IL2 propellorhead) am prepared to wait in order not to have to deal with potential Starforce issues (as a happy Nero user and regular DVD-burner). Besides, on principal I won't have limited license stuff on my computer. A 5-install locked download or whatever it is sounds suspiciously like leasing software to me; owning should be owning and do what you please. I have the same objections to Apple's iTunes content (also 5 device locked, I think) and though I'm happy to pay to download from there I feel compelled to get rid of the protection immediately afterward. As this doesn't appear to be an option with Starforce I'll be waiting for the CD. Enjoying seeing all the positive feedback and screenshots on here in the meantime though, FC 1.1 looks like a great achievement! Cheers, Spinner
