Emergency military power (L shift+e) engage only when you are at full after burner. Also if you hold (L shift+w) "wheel brake start" according to the axis indicator it increase the braking power,useful if you want to take off from the carrier. So to take off from the carrier: -Hold L shift+w until the engines are at full after burner -Release L shift+w and then engage the emergency military power... Try to take off:should be easier now!

You're right (my bad) Feefifofum:any ground unit in a mission created for The Nevada map with the "player can drive" option can be controlled once a tactical commander slot as been selected. This can also be used with the "create fast mission" if you use the advanced mode:click "generate mission",click "edit mission",then select a tactical CMDR slot in the mission editor. One of the problem with the fast created mission is that the ground unit are far from each other,but you can easily move them closer in the mission editor. And maybe delete some attack aircraft from the opposite side if your want to reduce the difficulty level.

Sadly right now,to use the Combined Arms module with the Nevada map you have to create your own mission. I'm not sure what i did to fix this crashing bug,but i can now load and fly my own single missions (resaved to the latest version) Need further testing. Tarres seems to be onto something.... seems to be cockpit textures related. My steps: 1-download and install the "MIG-21bis clean cockpit textures(english version) and activate "custom cockpit livery" in the MIG-21bis "DCS special" option page. link:https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1703560/ On first attempt crash to desktop :-( 2-unzip the file named "MiG-21_Cockpit" located in "your hard drive letter":\Eagle Dynamics\DCS World\Mods\aircraft\MIG-21bis\Textures -maybe not related or necessary? 3-Turn off the "custom cockpit livery" option I then was able to load an fly a couple mission without the crash :-) I then installed and activated the Russian version of the "MIG-21bis cockpit clean version" over the English version and still no crash :-) Link:https://www.digitalcombatsimulator.com/en/files/1681093/ I also increased my system memory today from 8gig to 16gig today: is this a factor i don't know?
