  1. This looks very promising :D Thanks Icemaker I'm looking forward to the new DCS World compatible release...
  2. @ dotChuckles:: I'm going to get that movie and watch is asap
  3. Yeah I have downloaded your mission from DCS, haven't tried it yet, we are waiting on some rudder pedals b 4 we start. It will be one of the first we try, maybe have to settle for some BS1 campaign missions ported to 2x player. I appreciate your effort in making it very much.
  4. I really want to see more missions for BS2 multiplayer co-op (2 player preferred). If you have made some or converted single player missions please post them on DCS site.

  7. What if you could think a command and have your computer take action? Just think "LOCK TARGET" and your SKIVAL target is locked You can with this.... EPOC neuroheadset

  9. Generic Pit I have decided to go with a generic pit design using a touch screen Touch Screen: How to do
  10. sorry i don't know the answer yo this 8(
  11. Switch Schematic Switch Schematic. (See attachment for clearer detail) I still have the LED and 7-seg-display Schematics to come...... Schematic Prints.pdf
  12. There are a few threads already about this. I think the best solution is Triggerhappy's page, all the KA-50 you want Triggerhappy´s cockpit-drawings
  13. nice, i'll have a look soon. but right now i neck deep in uni 8|, good luck with it.
  14. Thanks for the advice. Do you know of any shelf products that are more suited or dose it come down to building a custom set?
  15. LOL hahahhahaha
  16. You got it. The only thing i just realised is that the enable is LO activated so i need a few NOT gate chips after the MUX in the middle controlling the enable of the bottom MUX's. Also needs a GND.
  17. If you know please reply here -> ED Forums » English » Sim Topics » Home Cockpits » Jasper'z SimPit: Concept -> Prototype
  18. Q: How to edit config code for KA-50? Can anyone help me find where to edit the "center view position" and "starting zoom" code is located in DCS KA-50? Once I know the file I should be right with making my desired adjustments, I just don't know where to look.
  19. yeah, I do love choppers. I would be in the Australian army aviation corps hopefully flying hte tiger, shown in my signature. But I'm not medically fit. So I'm an electronic engineer doing a second degree. My SimPit plans are to have a realistic pit for the KA-50 but also to make it so that i can have multiple profiles programed onto the FPGA. So that hopefully when DCS make FA-18 super Hornet I'll make another pit dash and slide out the KA-50 and slide in the FA-18, and use the same micro controller and have a switch to change firmware for the relevant sim.
  20. yeah cool mate, sound like Helios is going to be a good option, and thats all i'll need on the PC. Once it's finished i'll setup the high level end of th FPGA to talk to it. Sound like you got me going in a good direction ;)
  21. LOL, yeah the thread did kinda turn into SimPit from IO. I'll check your Pit tonight after uni gotta run now ;)
  22. Yeah that was the plan, LOL. At the risk of sounding ignorant, whats wrong with doing that? Digital Logic is all about chaining NAND and NOR gates with each other, a 3 way NAND gate is just 2 NAND gates chaind with an INVERTER. As for LED's and back lit buttons maybe and independent power supply and transistors triggered by a digital signal? ideas? The FPGA won't only be a mux, but a register to hold the switch states until the MUX picks up a change in one. And I'm really want to minimise the code off chip to talk to Helios, so it will transcribe and output code directly to DCS or Helios, that either will instantly recognise. ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- @ metalnwood >> ^^^ that the kind of post i love to see, lots of option for me to choose from, i love it 8D ^^^
  23. Q: what makes a good KA-50 SimPit with todays options? Mano posted this, looks good.
