    These products have been withdrawn from sale at the request of JSC Russian Helicopters, that is all we have to share for now, it only affects the Russian E-Shop for Mi and Ka helos.

    Ok, what I found out.
    The Scud Launcher will not move in 'RED' state, it must be green to move, setting it to green will command the unit to stow the launcher and prepare to move. 
    What you can do is after your fire at point, add in a set state to 'GREEN' then it will perform a shoot and scoot...

    BUT

    Shoot and scoot is not ideal for a Scud launcher as it takes some time to get ready to move again. And if you have transports for it to rearm, it will prepare to move, and rearm, then scoot which will take a while. 

    But it will work if you add in a change of state:

    Of course, we will include the helmet display; we could not do the f-35 without it as it does not have a HUD. As for tinted visors, we are investigating for all our aircraft.

    Like most early teases in the Beyond videos, it could be some time before we do another update, it just depends on how things develop.

    Once again, it did not crash and burn for any reason but confidence was lost in the person who wanted to do it. There was never even a contract signed with ED as far as I know. It didn't even get rolling. Comparing that to our effort is disingenuous at best. 
    All that said, I see this thread just spinning in circles, you all got your opinions out and now it is time to just wait and see what we do. I am sure there will be plenty of reviews when it first releases and you all can make a more informed decision then. Thanks al for the feedback.

    It seems it might be an issue with missions created before the update, if you place a hot start F-5E, the lights work fine as they are tied to the dial on the right hand panel for exterior nav lights. This needs to be turned up for the lights to work. I don't remember them being tied to that dial and if off not working, but least for now there is a work around while I check on how it should work. 


     
    ok, update, according to the manual it is working as intended, the issue is older missions you will need to make sure the above knob is out of the off position.

    This was a gameplay option added for mostly MP servers and players that do not own the Supercarrier or do not like talking to ATC, its a wave-off signal. If you are doing everything by the book, then you should not see it. Thanks!

    The model is completely new so it would not fit from the old model, even if we tried to line the pieces up.

    Sorry guys I forgot to update this as reported, I apologize. Its been reported for a while now.

    You need a vehicle nearby to rearm, I am assuming this is because someone just can't carry the missile over from a warehouse, but I will check. In my case, I used a ZIL-135. It does take time though, it was about 43 minutes from the first launch to the second launch. Hope that helps.

    Hi, you can see what we are modeling here:


    "It is also important to remember that all features of our Viper are in regard to a United States F-16CM Block 50, roughly M4.2+, operated in the 2007-time frame."

    What does roughly mean? It means we can not always find the exact info we need so we might use something a little older, or maybe we cant add it at all based on classifications. However, the above statement is where we try to focus on the DCS: F-16. Thanks.

    They are still there, although very subtle. We are working on standardizing these effects and then looking at the possibilities of user options for strength. Thanks.

    It depends on the surface, areas around runways and such do not throw up dust, this is a known issue with terrains. Other locations should show it just fine.

    The last one was a little light, but I don't think it is fair to judge based on 1 patch, previous too that there were quite a few, and because of the new patch timeline it can take a little longer to get things out to everyone based on internal testing.

    Radar: Introduced false targets. They are caused mainly by internal receiver noise and ambient noises at receiver input. The radar internal circuits maintain false target rate constant with an average frequency of one false alarm per minute.

    Yes, it works.
    If you are in the pilot position you need to make sure on the Pilot Light Panel it is set to On, so the controls on the thrust handle will work. Make sure it says Pilot Control, there is one for Co-pilot control as well. 

    Then on the Thrust handle you can map Searchlight On/Off and the position.

    I think it's probably a link to a dev build so I will pass it along but I am sure they will get sorted. I don't think they are impacting your FPS as those folders won't exist for anyone.
