NineLine's post in DCS F-16C ~ Leaving Early Access? was marked as the answer
The issue with your list here is that some of these things are core issues, such as refueling, which has nothing to do with the F-16, but 100% a core game issue, as well as Wishlist items that were never promised and tuning/bug fixing.
As has been advertised in the Roadmap for a long time, all planned, primary features of the early access version will be available following the next DCS update.
While the F-16C is leaving early access, there are still several items being added that are listed in the Roadmap, as well it is a premier title for us, and will continue to be tuned, improved and such. As an example, there is a large Manual update coming next release.

NineLine's post in How to know if realistic damage is activated? was marked as the answer
Understand that the graphical representation doesn't necessarily match the internal damage. We have the beginnings of 1:1 holes on the Mosquito, but even that is somewhat primitive at this time. So you cannot always determine damage by the number of holes in your aircraft.
As well, if this was AI, AI could act slightly differently to damage, either by staying in the plane too long or next time bailing out early.

NineLine's post in F-5E Livery Competition was marked as the answer
We would like to extend our gratitude to all individuals who have dedicated their time to submit entries and provide feedback and concerns regarding custom livery painting for our customers. Consequently, we have decided to cancel this contest while we explore options to enhance our support for those who appreciate painting and sharing their livery creations.
Regarding the current entries, while we will not be adding any to the game at this time, we would like to offer a small gift to you for your effort and hope that when this contest returns, you will consider resubmitting your work. We will contact you shortly.
Thanks again for all the feedback we have received on this, and we look forward to improving this in the future.

NineLine's post in AI scud launchers don't move after launching was marked as the answer
Ok, what I found out.
The Scud Launcher will not move in 'RED' state, it must be green to move, setting it to green will command the unit to stow the launcher and prepare to move.
What you can do is after your fire at point, add in a set state to 'GREEN' then it will perform a shoot and scoot...
BUT
Shoot and scoot is not ideal for a Scud launcher as it takes some time to get ready to move again. And if you have transports for it to rearm, it will prepare to move, and rearm, then scoot which will take a while.
But it will work if you add in a change of state:

NineLine's post in Correct Landing Behaviour was marked as the answer
We made adjustments following that video. If you are still having an issue, feel free to share a track and we will take a look.
Edit: Wait, my bad, it's fixed internally but not merged yet, so the fix was held up in testing. Sorry about that, busy Saturday.
So fixed internally, wait for it to release in an upcoming patch. Thanks.

NineLine's post in F-35A Helmet Mounted Display System (HMDS) for DCS was marked as the answer
Of course, we will include the helmet display; we could not do the f-35 without it as it does not have a HUD. As for tinted visors, we are investigating for all our aircraft.

They would need to be resaved with the new aircraft.

NineLine's post in Since development is "in earnest" when could we see the first screenshots for the developers? was marked as the answer
Like most early teases in the Beyond videos, it could be some time before we do another update, it just depends on how things develop.

NineLine's post in F-35A Announcement discussion mega thread. was marked as the answer
Once again, it did not crash and burn for any reason but confidence was lost in the person who wanted to do it. There was never even a contract signed with ED as far as I know. It didn't even get rolling. Comparing that to our effort is disingenuous at best.
All that said, I see this thread just spinning in circles, you all got your opinions out and now it is time to just wait and see what we do. I am sure there will be plenty of reviews when it first releases and you all can make a more informed decision then. Thanks al for the feedback.

NineLine's post in Flight Directors ignore Parked Aircraft was marked as the answer
As seen in Wags video, please make sure you do not have any static objects on taxi and takeoff routes.
Also make sure to check out the PDF guide here as well:
Let me know if you are still having issues, thanks!

NineLine's post in Taxi light does not work was marked as the answer
It seems it might be an issue with missions created before the update, if you place a hot start F-5E, the lights work fine as they are tied to the dial on the right hand panel for exterior nav lights. This needs to be turned up for the lights to work. I don't remember them being tied to that dial and if off not working, but least for now there is a work around while I check on how it should work.
ok, update, according to the manual it is working as intended, the issue is older missions you will need to make sure the above knob is out of the off position.

NineLine's post in Red Flares on Landing? was marked as the answer
This was a gameplay option added for mostly MP servers and players that do not own the Supercarrier or do not like talking to ATC, its a wave-off signal. If you are doing everything by the book, then you should not see it. Thanks!

NineLine's post in SCUDs won't reload/Rearm. was marked as the answer
You need a vehicle nearby to rearm, I am assuming this is because someone just can't carry the missile over from a warehouse, but I will check. In my case, I used a ZIL-135. It does take time though, it was about 43 minutes from the first launch to the second launch. Hope that helps.
