yeah somehow those HUD controls got mapped to a slider on my throttle..... cleared them and Im all good.. tyvm for the help

Hi all.. I am experiencing an issue whereby when I start up and have everything going and all the HUD switches set I have no HUD display... I turn up the dial on the UPC on upper left console to turn the brightness up and it does come up and display but once I click away from that wheel the HUD disappears.... nothing... am I missing something or is it a known issue?... tks very much Mike

I have the same problem with my Tobii EyeTracker 5..... if I stop the EyeTracker from use I should default to my POV hat views.... did the same thing the op did with no joy. we shouldnt have to uninstall that software... make sure its not running sure, but not uninstall....

I have the exact same problem with my Tobii EyeTracker 5........ if I turn off the eye / head tracker my POV hat does not work even though its assigned to looking around cockpit with various hat movements.... .it blips like it wants to for a second then does nothing

Greetings all. I have been having alot of issues of my bound key and stick bindings not working since 2.8 update. Specifially my POV hat on the X56 stick. I have gone under the general section in the control setup and set the views for each view and also tried setting the same in an individual aircraft and removing the settings in the general option and both show that they saved the selection but when I go into the cockpit nothing moves.... it jumps briefly but does not pan . I did check for redundant settings as I know that happens occasionally and I have none. Also several of my keyboard bindings do not work either... I do have Tobii Eye Tracker 5 in my system but I tested it without running the Tobii software and disconnecting the eyetracker temporarily.. still no joy..... checked my hardware settings and drivers and all looks good as they work fine in MSFS 2020... Any help would be greatly appreciated.... oh also I checked to ensure the 'game modes' were not selected by default and they are not... tks much Mike

Thanks for verifying that.. I still think its a bug. The option to change resolutions in the settings menus would not be needed then...

Could be . Im running at 2560x1440... my monitor is a 3840 UHD.. ill look at that, but it should work either way as the 2.5.4 i reinstalled works ok with the different resolutions

Sure...this is a nice 3rd party utility Skatezilla wrote. Choose the Update button at top and it will give you options to install any version. I went back to the last release version ... Worked perfect.. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=160053

After installing newest beta, main menu became unresponsive. with no mouse input being detected. I reverted to the earlier 2.5.4 release version using the DCS Updater utility and all is good. Most certainly an issue with this beta

I think the core update they pushed just prior to the F14 releasing is the culprit....other plane modules are experiencing the same problem... seems to be a memory leak from the symptoms I see... its sucking the RAM up bigtime

Hi... I need a bit of clarification on fixing the Mig-21.. I havent flown DCS in a few months so yesterday I decided to get back into it. I ran both updates on the 1.5.6 and the 2.05 installs on my rig. I didnt know about this pre-cleaning process described prior. So obviously when I ran my 1.5.6 (and the 2.0.5) installs I received the errors on the Mig-21 install. I uninstalled the Mig21 from both of my versions. Then I saw the blurbs about running a Registry Cleaner file. So my question is , with the Mig completely uninstalled from both versions, do I have to now run this Registry cleaner file before I re-install the module or can I just re-install since I removed it??..
