In my case, it's because free head-tracking solution for 64bit is not yet available (thanks to ED it will be soon though).

I have the same problem. I tried reinstalling, it doesnt work. My guess is that it's done in DX11, since I have DX10 graphic card. On the other hand I can report great fps improvement.

Fake trackIR and TrackIRfixer would not be used if the developer (ED) created open track API (which they did, but it was canceled due to NP's request), that would allow every headtracking developer to use that API. That way, there wouldn't be a need for fake trackir's and whatnot. It's really simple.
