I just asked cause I manage all mods in ModMan. It's a good way to return to a clean install for the next patch. I made a package myself using the 1.11 version of LLMod and replaced the files with AddonMaker. I wondered why there aren't the mission files included in LLMod 1.12a. Not compatible?

Yep, I had the same problem with my gamepad. Just unassign every axis of all unneeded axis in the controls menu. It worked for me.
