Thanks guys for your replies. I figured out that installing some mods has messed up my graphics.cfg file and that was the cause.

Hi all, A few days back I changed my graphic settings and then onwards i was not able to see any ground objects in my saved missions from a height of 1500 m + AGL. The graphics i chaged is preloading the terrain for 50KM than 100KM as earlier and scenes to medium. I made trivial changes to the missions and re-saved the missions n' that worked. I am now able to see all the ground objects except VEHICLES viz. BTR, T-80, Shilka, Strela and so on.... Earlier i used to spot the ground objects as black bleeping dots from as far as 10 KM and 4000 m. above AGL. Please help me here :helpsmilie: Zoltar :pilotfly:

I purchased a Saitek X52 a week ago. I have managed to map the Zoom view in LOMAC to the slider on the throttle and it works fine great. But recentely the view starts flickering and i have to move the slider a little forward or backward to stabilise the view. When i tested the slider in control panel sometimes i see the flickering there too.. Is it a manufacturing defect in the stick? Or is there a workaround ?

Hi all, I am facing the problem that when i replay the recoreded mission ACMI file for any mission even as simple as Taxi to runway :lol: the Tacview hangs. I have followed the instructions for installation and everything went fine. My PC has 1 GB of RAM so that shouldn't be a issue. Any help will be appreciated. Regards. :pilotfly:

Hi all, I am encoutering strange issue and its causing lot of pain for me while playing online. As soon as somebody joins or hits a target or lands i see the message on my screen. I was told that this is desired behviour and the message should disappear after a few seconds. THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN. :helpsmilie: The screen gets so cluttered at a point in time that i couldn't see anything and crashed. Can someone help me out here ? So that i can enjoy flying online. I am thinking of re-installing LockOn and FC but thats a painful process. Any help will be appreciated. :joystick:

Guys I don't know much about modelling, but as SK mentioned MS Flight simulator has pluggins to fly MIG-21. Long back i downloaded one such plugin...I don't remember the site now. I have not tried it on MS FS 2002 / 2004 but its for Bis or MF versions. If the modelling guys can extract the model out of it and use (reuse ;) ) it will be great. Thanks guys. I will give a try to what Black Hawk has suggested over the weekend. If I can't make it, I can still fly against a Mig-21 in Falcon 4.0 Allied Forces. Somehow i don't like Falcon 4.0 as i like FC. Its a good sim, but lacks the realism of FC.

I agree with the members. Recently, USAF has air exercises with Indian Air Force and its said that Mig-21's with BVR capability gave tough time to F-16s :music_whistling:

Hi All, I was trying to shoot down a C130 last night with my SU-27. I pumped a small burst of bullets into his tailplane and blew off the entire verticle stabilizer. I was expecting him to stop flying normally or atleast fly with a very limited manouverability. But to my surprise, :shocking: he was flying as good as he was with the stabilizer. Is this a real life behaviour? Or is this a bug in the flight model. Zolar :pilotfly:

Hi Guys, I want to know how to add non-standard weapons i.e. other than MK-20,82 and 84 along with AGM-65D and K. There are some interesting variants in the manual. How to use them with A-10? My guess is i have to use weapons pack. Can some one suggest me a good one for A-10? Thanks. :joystick:

Hi All, I have created this track for my Air to Air gunnery practice mission. I have kept things simple by choosing C-130. Nice, juicy transport a/c. But i am not able to shot down that with guns only. I get close to a perfect hit many times but alas can't make it:( . Please correct me :helpsmilie: The track is attached with the post.

Hi guys, I am working with Air to Air gunnery now a days. I can fly to the much talked of "High Six" or "Elbow" position of the Bandit pretty regularly. The problem is I can't stabilize the gun site (the circle with the aiming cross) on the bandit. By the time i stabilise the gun sight, the bandit makes a hard turn and escapes. I often fly SU-27 agains F-16C or F-15. It will be great if someone can share some tips or a couple of tracks showing the technique. Thanks. :pilotfly:
