Thanks for the profile. I'm curious - why use the .rar archiver and not just .zip? I assume everybody's downloading WINRAR or something similar to extract the files?

Hi folks, I'm going to start off by asking for forgiveness since I'm sure this info is available somewhere in this thread. :) I'm looking for some profiles for my new X55, specifically A-10C or the original MI-8. I've seen some around here but I'm not sure how I go about integrating them. Do they somehow get ingested by the Saitek software manager or is there a way to just copy them into my game files? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Didn't want to start a thread on this but... Am I missing something? I'm trying to do the landing tutorial, which I understand can take some time to get used to, and I always have a hard time lining up for final approach. I'm almost always coming in from an angle. I understand the box pattern concept but is there supposed to be some guidance, either from ILS or the Tower, on when to make your turns for downwind, cross and final? Usually I just try to do a VFR and end up crashing because I haven't figured out the correct glide slope/speed mix yet. Thanks

I'm having the same issue. With the ILS tuning to 110.30 in the Landing Tutorial. Can anyone offer up a suggestion?

Hi, first time here. Just purchased the game. I've done the first few tutorials. How in the hell am I supposed to remember the pre-flight checklist? Just keep repeating the process? Also, is there a way to zoom in on certain instruments? Thanks
