So, could anyone come up with a solution? In FT the gimbals are set to their respective limits. Is there anything that can be edited within the .ini files that might help?

Putting on pause doesn't work, since mouse keeps recentering. And I tried different FT sensibility settings, but can't reach cockpit constraints apparently.

Hi, I'm using Freetrack as head tracking device but I have a problem. Even by reaching the cockpit limits I'm not able to fully see the fuel level indicators located in the cockpit floor, just a part of them. I can't use my mouse while using FT cause it keeps resetting in place. Could you please provide an alternate way to check the fuel level (even a tooltip indicating the current level would be better than nothing, but I'm really looking for something that you can see with a glance of the eye). Maybe an option to have them closer to the outer edge of the floor. Thank you.

Ok, thanks! Keep up with the good work. I've seen you have been paying attention to little details, that made a good impression on me and made me pre-purchase the plane. Personally I love developers that include small quirks and peculiarities (i.e. PMDG or A2A) and I am really looking forward with this product for a proper WWII sim, not just flying wise but also and especially system wise.

Hi there, I would like to ask a question by using this thread. Will oil pressure be correctly modeled? Most simulators just make it rise from not to the correct value. That is incorrect, since with a cold engine (and so cold oil) the pressure after start would be much higher than normal, due to dense lubricant. That's also one of the reasons you need to warm up an engine before taking the a/c for a flight. If you just went full power with cold oil you would blow the engine up, since the pressure would rise to unbearable levels. Atm the oil pressure is reading correctly, but it is not behaving so.

Hello, I've got FT to work inside Black Shark 2, as it correctly shows in the menu (I can even tune te axis, and they move when I turn my head. The problem is that when I go in-game nothing works. Any clues? I'm using latest binaries (post #28 ). EDIT: Solved, I was putting th efiles in the bin directory instead of the headtracker one.

No cost for ED to include an option to fully disable shadows. I highly prefer playing with no shadows at full resolutions than the opposite.

Well, BS1 with all the high quality mods is not so far away from BS2 to me. Still can't BS2 to run well with a similar graphical quality. Being able to disable shadows would allow many people to run the game properly, and I can't see any reason not to do so by ED. That said, not everyone has 700€ to buy a brand new pc. I'm running on a Phenom II x4 965, a HD5770 1gb and 8gigs of ram on Win7 x64. It's a fairly average pc.

Hi there, just bought BS2 and I'm disappointed by the overall framerate, since to me graphic quality is the same (maybe even worse considering I've modded my old BS1 install). One thing I've noticed is that when buildings are involved frame rates drop down dramatically. So I zoomed into the buildings and I've noticed that they draw shadows, even though I've put mine to low. In BS1 putting shadows to low would make only your A/C project them, instead on DCS BS2, shadows on low still make all objects and aircrafts (at least stationary ones) to draw shadows I don't want to see. Is there any cfg fix? Thanks!

Hello there, I have a quick question for you. I have an AthlonII X2 250, HD 4670, 3GB ram. I'd like to buy a copy of FC1 or FC2, but don't know if I can run FC2 smoothly. If so, where I can buy a digital download copy of the game? I don't own LOMAC, so I understand I should go for LO Gold or Platinium (FC1 and FC2). Where can I buy them in DD? Thanks!
