  6. Hi Art , apart from some small panels and the tail pipe, not much different. Also these pic are in the Persian Gulf Map, maybe different light, time of day etc etc.
  7. As requested by a few people. It comes with 14 x Modex / numbered skins 200 to 214, so it can be used for squadrons and others to have in lieu of a modex system . I have kept the Low Viz skin simple and in line with the low viz Tactical scheme , I have used the authoritive "Colors and Markings of US Navy F-14 Tomcats, Part 1 and 2 by Bert Kinzey and Rock Roszak" as my reference for this skin and all my F-14 skins. The below pictures of the real aircraft were copied from the Digital Book "Colors and Markings of US Navy F-14 Tomcats, Part 1 and 2 by Bert Kinzey and Rock Roszak" . The Pictures are by Grove and the US Navy. I thank them all for the great and invaluable information and beautiful pictures of an iconic and majestic aircraft. The skin comes with pilot insignia and badges and helmets art. I have deliberately left out the Carrier Tail codes as this would cause some confusion. As the Squadron didnt fly off the Stennis ( I think) Directions to install the Modex Numbers: There are 4 zip files at Userfiles for download. The zip files contains No's 01 to 04, 05 to 08, 09 to 12 and 13 to 14. for the skin VF-84 Jolly Rogers Low Viz Tactical Scheme ver 17.09.2019. Directions: 1- Download and Unzip the zip file with the numbers/modex you require, you will see numbered folders for each modex, eg "01", "02", "03", etc etc, which corresponds to the aircraft number/modex you want to use. Each Numbered folder contains 5 textures that you must use to number your aircraft correctly. Each modex requires a fresh download skin of the "VF-84 Jolly Rogers Low Viz Tactical Scheme ver 17.09.2019". 2- Open up the folder of a fresh copy of VF-84 Jolly Rogers Low Viz Tactical Scheme ver 17.09.2019 and drop in the 5 Modex textures. They simply will replace the existing ones. 3- Number the Skin folder as per the modex number your using. 4- Using Notepad++ : a free (GNU) source code editor open the lua and scroll to the : "name = "VF-84 Jolly Rogers Low Viz v17.09.2019" and place the modex number, in this case "01", at the end of the name like so: "name = "VF-84 Jolly Rogers Low Viz v17.09.2019 No 01". 5- Save the file and close it and it is ready for use. Please PM me if any problems.

  19. Thanks Backdraft ,its been great doing these, I love this plane, anyway heres the last one, its No 432 of VF-124 in Tactical scheme 1991 ( Which was a "D" ). I just got to play around with some things and I should be able to release them soon.

  21. Started on Second , just about done, just minor stuff to clean up and add.
  22. Thanks Tomcatter ! Also good advice.
  23. Thanks DonJosh, good advice, Il keep the present tail as is.
  24. Thanks Backdraft, but im not quite satisfied with the Navy Blue Glossy tale, my problem is, as was brought up by Bananimal, is that currently the tail looks nice and Navy blue but not very glossy, but if I make it glossy it will look Black ingame, depending on how the light shines on it, here is a pic with the tale made glossy at 0800hr in the morning. I think it looks great, but depending on where your standing it will also look black. Anyway mate your call as to what you want.
