Quick update: I have secured a small order to have the Binders custom made and printed. While to get this done normally requires a minimum order of 2000 units, but I have managed to find one that will do me a small print run (Putting in as a test run) of 200 units. Only snag is I have to get them posted by Sea Freight due to cost so they will take a while to arrive. The end cost will be slightly dearer than the plain presentation binders I previously showed. But I think you'll agree the difference will be well worth it. Once I receive them, I'll post a new thread to take names of those interested. I'm reckoning final cost will be between 50euro and 65euro depending of location for shipping.

Thanks Mate, Looked into all the online prints initially - but found them all to be to expensive once you went the Full Colour option. Much cheaper to buy the Ink and print myself

Will be in 1 Binder now - trying to make this as close to the Binder that was available for Falcon 4 when it was released (one of the best Flight Manuals I've ever seen). Haven't got a price yet for delivery worldwide finalized, but 'An Post' (local Post) were charging me almost 25euro to deliver it registered to America/Canada (weight is close to 1.3KG). Have yet to get quotes for couriers so may be cheaper.

Hi outlaw, Work is coming along nicely at the moment. ED have kindly given me the editable versions of the manuals - so I'm now converting them over to A5 size. So the result is a much better fitting manual (the ones I printed were just scaled to A5 size (Had big borders top and bottom)). Also I have sourced a supplier for A5 Binders that are thick enough to fit the complete manual and Menu editor Manual into 1 binder. Hopefully I should be good to start printing soon.

Hi Mate, Living in Ireland - updated my profile to reflect this

Should be well up and running by then, hoping to be ready by early April  While I'm happy with the result I got printing my own Manual (Pictures below), If I'm going to these for sale I want something even that bit more professional. Hoping to get closer to half that price range if possible (Postage probably being the biggest Hurdle). Current Printed Manual - Hoping to get a wider binder to take the full manual and to create Section Dividers (Index Cards). Will be keeping this in Colour - This Manual deserves it :).

Yes will post worldwide once I'm sorted. I've ordered a new printer to do duplex printing, was wasting so muck Ink and paper doing booklet printing when ever a page went wrong. Also currently looking into getting A5 Folders with a 40mm D rind instead of the normal 25mm. So that it all fits in the one folder and not two as I've currently got. (Very hard to get - custom made). I want to make this a more professional finish with proper chapter Index inserts - very similar to the Falcon 4 Binder edition.

some good news to report, I've received an answer on printing binders for sale. I'm happy to announce that I've been giving the OK to produce and sell the printed manuals . I need to send them some copies first and work out the costs. Once I'm ready with that I'll open a new thread with details. :thumbup:8

Cheers Guys, still waiting on a reply :book:

Hi mate, I'll send a mail to ED see what the reply is. If ok with them I'll see what s possible. Would be small runs as takes a long time to do each (About a day per set). Anyone know who would be best to contact regarding this?

Thanks cichlidfan, never considered that

If there is any Interest I could make these for sale :book: Could also put in Dividers for the different sections too :smartass: Would anyone be Interested ??

I reckon around 30euro per set - mostly due to cost of ink. But well worth it  I just love having a proper Manual in front while learning to fly - I hate using screens to read of always give me a headache :noexpression: Also there's something about leafing thru a manual that's hard to explain - that's a feeling that these e-readres and kindles just can't give :joystick: Hardest part was printing out to Booklet format on A4 paper - wasted about 300 pages to get it right if an error occurred midprint.

Took the Plunge and Printed my own (Full Colour), in fact printed 2 copies in case anything went wrong in cutting and punching to A5 size. Binders are A5 in size 210x234 mm, so half the size of A4 (Small bit bigger than a standard book). And go perfectly with my Falcon4 Binder Edition folder. Wow this is one big Manual - took me 2 Binders to Fit, also printed out the Mission Editor Users Manual and placed them in the 2nd binder. Binders make it perfect for desktop use while flying as pages stay open :D

Any idea of cost for complete set, Interested :smilewink:

Thrustmaster Cougar Throttle Mapping Bug
reaper7 replied to draggon's topic in PC Hardware and Related Software
Having the same issue, Throttle (Both) is controlled by the Range Axis instead of the Z axis. Also A-10 keeps rolling to the right even though stick is centered. Axis setup is correct and calibrated correctly, but issue remains. Did you get this sorted Draggon, and if so what was your solution?
