Hi everybody, same here. Cold start at Tonopah airfield. Unplayable until I manage to close the canopy. Framerate goes up when I change to the outside view but inside the cockpit it's horrible with an open canopy. Greetings!

Well ok, so although they are turned on in the options menu I somehow turned them off in the cockpit? Did I get this right? I should try LShift and M? Greetings

I have the same problem with the Mirage in Nevada. It's getting better when I'm airborne but as soon as I start to taxi to the runway the stuttering starts. Greetings from Germany

Was genau ist eigentlich der Grund für die Unterschiede in den beiden Versionen? Nachtflüge mit ILS Landung muss ich also als nächstes probieren;) Die Mirage istwirklich sehr sehr leicht zu handhaben, kein Vergleich zu der Mig-21:)

Hi, und danke für die Aufklärung! In Nevada funktioniert für mich jetzt alles so, wie es im Moment wohl auch funktionieren soll. Ich hatte übersehen, dass das Radar am Boden natürlich nicht läuft;) Die Testknöpfe (FBW und AP) gehen wohl auch nicht in der NTTR, der Autopilot funktioniert jedoch ohne Probleme. Dafür, dass die Mirage "Early Acces" ist, finde ich sie sehr gelungen! Freue mich auf die kommenden Updates. Viele Grüße!

Guten morgen allerseits, ich habe vielleicht ein kleines Problem, bin mir aber nicht sicher, ob ich alles richtig mache;) Ich habe mir am Samstag die NTTR und die Mirage zugelegt. Nun hab ich das Problem, dass, egal in welcher Reihenfolge ich die Mirage starte, das Head Down Display immer nur ein grünes Kreuz anzeigt und die Tester für das FBW un den Autopiloten gar nicht funktionieren. Übersehe ich hier was? Ist das Alignment mittlerweile funktional und ich muss einfach warten? Vielen Dank schonmal für eure Antworten! Liebe Grüße!

Hello, you know what crashed my system when I updated to the new catalyst-version? The open-gl acceleration option. When I turned this one on, I wasn't able to use my TrackIR and my system crashed a few moments later. Perhaps this option is activated in your CCC? Greetings from Germany!

Hi @ all, so I gave the new DCS World module a try possessing the A-10C. All I can say is that this is really a nice work! I totally like it and I am convinced that this is absolutely the right way to do it. So, thanks ED for giving me these kind of simulations I've been looking for since I was 13 (31 now). Nur, dass bei einem Geburtstag der genaue Tag naturbedingt festgelegt ist. Bei diesem Patch könnte man sich drüber streiten, ob der Tag der Veröffentlichung wirklich näher kommt, wenn dieser noch gar nicht bestimmt ist. Somit könnte er ja auch ein Stück näher kommen und dann wieder ein ganzes Stück nach hinten "rutschen";) Egal, das scheint mir ein philosophisches Problem zu sein, lassen wir das besser;)

Mack is absolutely right. When the big "DCS-Box" arrives (of course the TrackIR thing is implemented, too) you can pretend being totaly astonished;) You can say something like...."oh....what is this? Was it really me who ordered this huge and expensive package? I can't remember anything but well, now that it is already there...let me have a closer look" I'm really scared what will happen if I ever plan to build a home cockpit:D No, to be honest my gf accepts most of my "crazy" hobbies.

Ah no sorry, you got me wrong. I'm already able to start up, to navigate, to land (with and without ILS) and I already blew up a few tanks...damn it's so good;) I was thinking about a video from a real pilot in a real A-10, like those in the links I posted.

Thanx again for the welcome wishes! Before I will check out the cougar mfds (are they as great as they look like?) I need new rudder pedals. I think that Thrustmaster should offer an "all in one" package with the HOTAS, the mfds, rudder pedals and, of course, the game! That would be expensive but nice;) Get rid of the girlfriend? Naaaa, i will solve the "problem" somehow. Since we all know that birthday gifts not necessarily have to be "material";):music_whistling: I have another question by the way. Is there an engine start-up video of the A-10? I mean from the view of the pilot? I know there are two of the F-16, just in case someone does not know them yet, follow the links.

Thank you for your "welcome-wishes"! I'm really enjoying this game and I'm enjoying the start-up phase too. When noticed this game I felt like a child;) I've been playing flight simulations since I was 12 years old and the A-10 is definetely what I was waiting for all the time! And I'm really glad that my gf is understanding and forgiving so I think I will keep both, the Hog and the gf;):thumbup:

Is is your fault that I am addicted to this game. 2. It is your fault that I don't have much time left for the real life, in case something like this really exists. 3. It is your fault that I had to spend my money not only for the HOTAS Warthog but also for the TrackIR thing;) 4.
