    If the answer is no, you are going to get sued. Best bet is to get a lawyer and try to get the rights before you get the seize and desist letter.  I would put this in the stolen valor category. 

    P.S. I am a Systems Engineer not a lawyer, but I worked with lawyers enough to know how they think. I know scary.   🤪

    I totally agree.....But why anyone would 'stress' over this is beyond me....As a retired Fireman maybe I am wired differently to most,nothing these days phases me,least of all waiting for a favourite module to be released,lol.....It's a computer game guys,it ain't for real,wake up and smell the coffee,go for a bike ride,go fishing,take your Mrs out to dinner but most of all get out there and have fun :drinks_cheers:

    Thanks,yes I have been checking the website,but the stock situation has always read 'Available For Pre Ordering'.Winwing also informed me at the start of the pre-order to check my email daily so that I did'nt miss their invoice notification of payment when it comes through and obviously I have been doing that too.In fact that has been their one and only communication with me.Like yourself,I too have'nt received any updates whatsoever,I have had to find out by myself and do all the research into what is happening re my order.

    I appreciate your reply,it's reassuring that it's not just myself that is waiting and from your reply it appears this no stock situation is global.....I will give them another few weeks more to sort themselves out then I shall seriously think of pulling the plug on them and buying the Thrustmaster TPR Pendular rudder pedals in favour of their product.One thing is for sure you can rely on Thrustmaster their products are always in stock and their customer service is first class.

    So far I have'nt been impressed with my dealings with Winwing....they don't come across as professional at all.....I want to order their product,I want to pay for their product....but they don't seem at all interested in my order at all.

    It is very apparent that Winwing are struggling to supply the demand...there is a woeful month's wait for UK buyers for re-supply,and obviously there will be a long list of buyers who have to be supplied first.So there is no 'definitive' answer from Winwing.....I get the distinct feeling they don't really know either when they will be able to supply.

    It's a great product but if you have to wait this long surely they will be losing business.....they're customer service is really slow too....the lights are on but nobody appears to be at home.

    This is my experience as a UK buyer....it might be a totally different story elsewhere around the globe,I don't know.

    I removed both of my posts as somebody was wetting the bed over the content within them....they did not approve of my opinions. 

    They were obviously quite upset and getting very personal....and as I have no intention of causing any stress to those on this forum I thought it prudent to remove them.

    I ordered a set of WINWING Orion/Skywalker Metal Rudder Pedals with the Damper back last Friday 1st March and was notified by WINWING to keep an eye on my email as they would send me the invoice when they were in stock and ready to ship.

    Does anybody have any idea of the approx waiting time for these? as I have no idea at all and obviously I am very interested,I have tried asking WINWING but to date they have'nt replied.

    I am a United Kingdom buyer and I believe WINWING now have a UK Sales Warehouse up and running so I would be very interested in any others out there particularly from the UK of how long they had to wait for their order,or if in fact they too are still waiting.There is no rush,I want these rudder pedals but interested in the waiting list time all the same,thanks.

     

    Edit: I also presume as a UK sales has been set up by WINWING that the order is sent from a UK warehouse?

    VSN flyable aircraft mods

    Guys are the VSN Aircraft Mods still working with DCS 2.9?.....I am about to install the F-105 Mod latest version VSN_F105 V2.5.6.10 FC3 SFM.

    However if it is now not working I won't bother.....I have come back to DCS after a three year absence because of the F-4 being released and wanted a few other period aircraft to use merely as AI Map fillers.I see the original VSN download site has now taken off all their mods,and only picked this download up through a search for it.

    The VSN F105D and G versions look so nice I just had to download them,but I thought I would check here for confirmation of them still working.I will point out I have no intention of flying them.Just to use them within the editor for bombing missions.

    Would a kind skinner consider creating this VPAF North Vietnam MiG-19S skin please.....Yes I know it;s the S version and not the P version we have,but I would love to see this created ready for Vietnam dog fights now the F-4 Phantom II is near completion.

    I would be eternally grateful,thank you.

    Especially now an F-4 (Heatblur) and an F-100D Super Sabre are in the works(see 19th August Newsletter).....it would be very nice to have the MiG-19S version.

    And yes I would pay for the S version too.....we need it RAZBAM....so please consider it.
