Currently it is too early for us to confirm the price on the pedals! The VPC MongoosT-50 base uses contactless gmr sensors, an upgrade over typical hall sensors! The analogue brake lever on the stick uses a high quality potentiometer.

Hi UNABLE, By single axis I mean that our MongoosT-50 pedals will not include toe brakes - only one physical axis. This is becuase Russian aircraft have the analog brake lever on the stick (which our design is based on). With the VPC MongoosT-50 however, you will be able to combine the brake lever and different buttons to control left and right brake seperately if you so desire. However I can confirm in the future VPC will be producing a 3-axis pedal setup!

Our software will offer advanced configuration options such as those you've mentioned and is developed by the brilliant mega_mogz (of MMJoy2 fame). It will be a very capable utility! Complete details on our configuration software will be confirmed in a future announcement.

Currently we do not have an adapter to fit the TM Warthog grip onto our base. Due to the high, off-center weight it would require creating a new set of cams an extension. If enough users request this though it is definitely something we will look into!

We have already created our roadmap for the next 1-1.5 years and while we currently do not have a plan to produce a headtracker, the future holds many possibilities!

When center mounting the stick you can rotate the stick by 0-20 degrees.

We will be producing more grips in the future. Another modern fighter stick as well as a WW2 grip are on the table. This is all I can say right now though! Our grip will be released initially in the standard right-hand format but we do plan to release left-hand versions of our grips!

We will be providing worldwide shipping from the virpil.com webstore however! Regarding the repairability, we feel the high quality nature of our grip should should negate these concerns! 7th January 2017 // Announcement No. 03 ► VPC MongoosT-50 Mechanics - innovative, adjustable, precise The mechanics/gimbal are often the most criticized component of any joystick. Even with many different designs and approaches, it has been impossible to please everyone. However, with our design we believe we are closer than ever. Our engineers have designed a compact and elegant solution that allows virtual pilots to control their aircraft with unmatched levels of precision. Both the X/Y axes operate on their own independent cams, with co-axially mounted springs which provide completely separated loading forces. Made from aircraft-grade duralumin, the mechanism is both lightweight and durable. Our mechanism provides a huge range of adjustability. Each axes spring tension is adjusted via hex socket bolts, which can even be adjusted on-the-fly through the access ports on the top plate, negating the need to disassemble the joystick or replace any springs. Included are 2 different cams; hard-center and soft-center, which can be combined to create your desired stick feel. The maximum stick deflection is 15º+15º on both axes which provides a sufficient travel range for high levels of accuracy without compromising practicality. Complete instructions on how to adjust the stick perfectly for your needs will be available on VIRPIL.COM. The joystick can be used in a number of configurations: on the desktop with the VPC base plate, center mounted/side mounted with the VPC desk mount, or floor mounted which will require DIY fitting to your own setup. We're currently looking into an adapter for the TM Warthog grip, but of course for the best experience we'd recommend combining the MongoosT-50 grip with our base! *EDIT* The TM Warthog Grip is now a direct fit onto the VPC MongoosT-50 Base without any adapters or firmware changes!
