(In the UK at least) This is a fairly common field, although it should say "House Number" or something to that effect. I've already raised this with our webdeveloper to get it to make more sense!

It would not stay in place due to there being no FFB/trim on the MT-50 base.

If you wish to make it so the MT-50 stick does not recenter, you can just adjust the spring tension via the top adjustment holes until the centering force no longer effects the stick! This is done without needing to disassemble the base, so it's very quick and easy to do.

The VPC MT-50 base has mounting points underneath that could be used for this - you'd have to contact Monster-tech to ask them to make compatible adapter plates though!

Hi Nash, I've spoken about the electronics previously: The electronics are created by mega_mozg, the mastermind behind the MMJoy2. The sensors for the axis are the VPC Contactless Digital Proximity Sensors, based on GMR (magnetic field) technology. The sensors provide 16 bit resolution across 360 degrees, or about 13 bit resolution across the joystick's travel. This means that movements as small as 0.006° are detected! Needless to say, the precision offered is mind boggling. We will also have our own configuration suite for the VPC MongoosT-50. If you're familiar with the MMJoy2, you'll know what to expect in regards to the huge amount of customisation that will be on offer. We will of course be aiming to make this as absolutely user friendly as possible! In the very near future we will post an indepth announcement of the VPC electronics. If there's anything in particular you want to know, please let me know!

The connector of the VPC MT-50 base and grip are now standard and match up to the TMW connector without requiring any adapters. Additional cams are no longer required as the existing designs work very well with the TMW grip, especially the hard center cams (on the pitch axis to counter the forward CG). The VPC MT-50 has complete plug and play compatibility with the TMW grip straight out of the box.

Hi, I'm sorry to hear that you're unhappy with this policy. I'd like to point out that this policy is not unique to VPC, regional pricing (especially when the EEC is concerned) is standard practice. We have to offer a lower price to these areas to try to make our products even somewhat accessible, and as these customers account for a much smaller portion of our overall customer base, and they are also VPC's home user base, the actual logistics mean that it is cheaper for us to sell within the EEC vs the R.O.W, so we've deemed this policy acceptable.

The show-room in Moscow will be opened when the full VPC MongoosT-50 set (stick, throttle and rudders) will be available. E.T.A May-June. Purchasing will be possible from the show-room.

Hi Guys, To clarify the situation with VAT; the price shown on the website is indeed the total price inc VAT for Eurasian Economic Union countries (Belarus, Russia, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kirghizistan). However once regional pricing and the VPC policy is taken into account (the products are cheaper for EEC customers) the EEC inc VAT price, and the Rest of World ex VAT price is pretty much identical. You are not paying the EEC VAT/paying VAT twice if you are a customer outside of the EEC. Due to most every country handling this differently you must check with your own governing bodies help resources on the topic to help understand what your local taxes and customs charges will be, as these are not charged by, or paid to VPC. Hi Dojo, To clarify (and mentioned on a previous post in this thread - but easy to miss!) the connector of the VPC MT-50 grip is now by standard, compatible with the TMW connector, no adapter necessary! This has the benefit of the VPC MT-50 base/grip and TMW base/grip being completely interchangeable between each other with no need for adapters, firmware flashes, or anything of the sort. Completely plug and play!
