I sorta recall that to go 131 the Birds had to go to Depot for major wiring overhaul.
Was at 4485th Test Squadron at Eglin before going to Germany they had a few 131's
doing range testing in 76. Was a major project.

Was the same for the rest of Nato.. where did the the 131's come from?
