  1. +1 Strike Co is the best game ever ! :D Hub. PS : sorry for the OT too :)
  2. I wonder how you can user IDA on Star Force protected code... Most of the segments are scrambled / offuscated... :) Besides, it's real hacking... Fiddling with the configuration file is one thing, real hacking is another... :) I'm not sure ED would appreciate... ;) Hub.
  3. Looks like that...Just need some little magic with the arg 114 and everything should be fine :) Hub.
  4. Sure you can :) That's the idea of the library : as long as you keep the models to yourself, you are free to do whatever you want with them. But if you want to redistribute the files, you will need to get some authorizations :) Hub. PS : you did not waste any time ... :D
  5. Hi PythonOne :) Sorry, but the new mirage will not be released outside the AdA Mod v2 : considered that it has been designed to replace the MiG-29, if you use it for the M2000 AI, it will float 10/15cm over the runway while on the ground, will probably not be fully animated (some arguments / behavior are specific to the MiG) etc... Actually we planned to use the Mirage 2000 created by bpao for the M2000 AI : we are sure he will appreciate to have one of his beautifull model flying in Lockon, and that's the least we can do to thank him for its help and generosity :) Cheers :) Hub.
  6. Hi Presidio, :) As Azrayen said, the models are not totally free. They were retrieved from various web sites to form a library used by the inria. The library was made public, but that does not change anything to the rights of the original owners on their 3D Models. Basically, you can use them for private use, but if you want to distribute or use them for public / commercial use, you should probably get in touch with the modeler / web site that created / gave this model :) Cheers :) Hub.
  7. The Rafale project of the Two More Weeks team is on standby apparently :) Hub.
  8. Yes :) Roughly the same length than the aircraft : And a short video : Hub.
  9. Haaaa :) I'm sorry :) We still need some work on the textures before releasing the models :) The good news is that we have also a two seater strike variant Mirage 2000D which 3D is 95% completed (but that needs some work on the skins as well :) ) Hub.
  10. Hi Sabertooth :) Major Bug was saying in is usual concise manner that others have already created 90% functionnal cockpits :) The problem is that no one ever managed to make the MFDs and HUD work correctly, despite trying all alternate materials etc... in the .lom exporter. If you are modeling a trainer like the L-39 (last year by Tomcatz here : http://www.lockonforum.de/thread.php?postid=23533#post23533) or an Alphajet (Airone is almost done with all the gauges and needles in his pit, he'll probably post some pictures soon), it is not really a problem, but for a fighter it's a real issue. Honestly, if you ever manage to find a solution to these limitation, it would be one of the greatest achievement in the Lockon modding community  Good luck with your projects :) It is very promising and the work you achieved is outstanding :) Cheers :) Hub. PS : I understand it's very difficult to keep yourself up to date on what has been done already, especially if it's in german of french, lost on a forum you do not spend some time on :) No problem :)
  11. Hi guys :) The 3D models of the Mirage 2000C and -5F (single seat version) are now finished. There is still some work to do on the textures, but most of the modelling work is now done. :D About the animations, you will be glad to know that we spent a -lot- of time trying to find some ways to do everything we wanted to do and that we managed to introduce a couple of nice, brand new features into Lockon, that bring some more "life" and visual realism into the simulation : - the head of the pilot is animated when pulling Gs or rolling the plane. Like in real life, he tries to "counter" the acceleration. - there are now different after burner cones depending of the darkness : one for the day (orange one), one during the nigt (loooong white and light purple one), just like in real life. - an animated condensation cone, vortices, vapor over the extrados and the small fixed surface over the air intakes have been created : pull Gs and watch the effect ! - a great deal of time was spent animating and modeling the slat (a M2000 does not have flaps, the standard lockon model is not right about that) - new navigation lights, formation lights (green / yellow stripes) strobes have been introduced - all the additional air intakes are correctly animated - the engine exhaust is fully animated : all the "petals" are moving parts. - a couple of other features have been added, but we wanted to keep some other surprises for the updates to come :D And to illustrate all this : a short high quality, high definition video made by MajorBug (~90Mo), available here : http://server.3rd-wing.net/public/Major/adamodv2_m2000-5.zip Just seat back and enjoy :D Cheers :) Hub.
  12. Hi guys :) Looks great :) But good luck with making the HUD and MFDs functionnal (and living with the pain of the Z-Ordering ...) :D Hub.
