The problem with Tornado Reverse Thrust, is at low speeds the engine re-ingests its own exhaust and any debris that comes out the back end. If its functionally tested on the ground it's only for very short periods and I think it's prohibited to be used by the aircrew below a certain speed. So it can perform the same 'stunt' as the Viggen, but wouldn't be a good idea!!

Hi just wondering how you get a rating after shutdown on the training missions? I've completely shutdown the aircraft (as far as I know), the instructor lands and I just sit there. The mission fails to end and I receive no post shutdown rating. Anybody got any ideas? :helpsmilie:
