How Big is Big? Thirteen years ago, an incredulous world wondered if the big Lockheed C-130 Hercules ever would make it into the air. Now, 1,000 planes later, this composite photo dramatically illustrates how the Hercules would fit into the C-5 Galaxy, world's largest airplane. The first Galaxy now is nearing completion at the Lockheed-Georgia Company in Marietta, GA. Both giants will go on confirming the little town's boast of "Airlift Center of the World."
