  1. OFF has always meant On For Flight.
  2. Minutes and seconds. I am inclined to say that it is time since power is applied to the jet since in the recent CASE III video it matches neither the zulu time or the time displayed next to the IFEI.
  3. Deadzone of 5 is also a significant factor here. I had initially set my deadzone to 4 to combat a slight right bias in center that the Thrustmaster calibration program wouldn't fix. I found it very challenging to fly formation or refuel like this, and was constantly lurching about to correct my position. I finally recalibrated the stick from the windows game controller menu and fixed the bias and turned the deadzone down to 1. It felt like flying a different aircraft, I had so much more control. Now I'm going to try turning the axis curve down like others are suggesting, I've always flown the A-10 with a heavy curve and didn't give it a second thought when setting up controls for the hornet.
  4. Page 110 of the Early Access Guide This allows you to slew the azimuth of the search cone, and is partially implemented now. I say partially because it seems to be buggy when you attempt to exit spotlight mode.
  5. I was an ordnanceman in a Hornet squadron in the late 2000's and my experience matches yours. As far as I can recall, I have never seen any procedures in any manual or checklist for loading anything put practice stores and flares on MERs. Additionally the BRU-42 was only used for the TALD and ITALD. No bombs on that either.
