I got a "mission complete" message in the campaign. OK?? Now what? Is it just this 1 mission? I landed but nothing happened, I just quit and that was it

Wanted to give a HUGE thanks to ZOMBA, a member here who spent about 3 hours with me last night. My brain is still on overload mode from all the stuff I learned. Actually I forgot about 90% of it, but the 10% I did remember was a HUGE help! Thanks so much again Zomba! Side note. Thanks for the help.. lol, My computer needed a format anyway, so after getting so frustrated, I went and formatted everything.. Nice and fresh and the profile is now working. I downloaded the one from this site DCSA10 X52 V2 profile It seems to work ok, now I need some training :) Thanks again!

HOLY MOTHER @#%$@#$%^#$^ I am going to lose my mind. This @#$%#$^ joystick SUCKS!!!!!! Well not the Joystick but the software. It's so @#$%@#$% UP!!! It locks up my computer half the time, the other half of the time it doesn't work, sometimes it will kill my internet connection.. Seriously WTF kind of junk is this is if it can lock up your internet !! GOD DAMN IT!! So what other options do I have here?? I do NOT want to use the saitek garbage software, its horrible! And yes I have the latest drivers/software, it all SUCKS!! Do I have to do this in the game for each key command??

So tomorrow I was going to spend a couple hours getting my jstick setup by going into the game,e and setting up each key 1 by 1 .. but from what it seems I'm better off erasing all jstick commands in game, printing out the key commands in the game and make my own profile in the jstick profile software and do it there instead ? Thank

So.. I made a server with a mission I downloaded, so easy mode 4 vs 4 mission. I made the server, started it, asked my friend to join, he didn't see it, I alt-tabbed and realized windows was asking if I wanted to allow dcs to be public (or whatever is it asks) I clicked yes and remade the server. done, my friend sees the server, we play a good 30 minutes, it was great. My other friend joins my TS and I tell him about it, I left the game and reloaded it and started the server again. NOW NO ONE SEES THE SERVER We tried direct IP connect, NOTHING. I send the mission to my 2 friends and both of them try and make the server, NOTHING.. Cannot see it, nor direct connect.. Really SUCKS I've made a server a good amount of times and it seems its hit or miss, sometimes it works where my friends can see it and sometimes they can't Anyone know whats going on here? THANKS!

I'm getting a little worried here. My folder is in X86 And I tried to install the ED_sounds file for the 1.2 version, the fix download. I did the 64 bit version and I still get no sounds Is there a way to tell? THANKS

Yea I'm going to use my own profile. Really sucks I cannot change it IN GAME, meaning I can't be flying and quickly go to options. I have to exit unless there is a key command?? THANKS

So I got this game a couple weeks ago now, trying to learn as much as I can on my own but its tough. That being said, I have an X-52 Jstick, Saitek rudder pedals and trackIR5 I tried doing the profile thing, but for some reason my computer doesn't like it when a profile for the Jstick is loaded, it acts funny and locks the jstick up sometimes. So I rather just do it manually, is it possible to get a list of what to set for my joystick? Thanks guys!

Ok so I downloaded 1.2 It's an .exe file, I went and double clicked it, but its asking for a path on where to install it.. are there any instructions anywhere? I looked but cannot find any, thanks

YEP, thanks.. Just worried I won't be able to join multiplayer because I will be 1.2 instead of 1.1.1.1 , or is it player side only?

Also are most people online playing 1.1.1.1 ??? and if I have 1.2 does that mean I won't be compatible ? Thanks

Just got the game a week or so ago, and after reading I realized there would be no voices if I installed 2.0 I found there is a fix for it, so I might as well install it, right? Thanks

I see people talking about 1.2 I have 1.1.1.1 or whatever it is. I see the sticky about the new update, I figure its just beta or it would auto update. I see the notes in there are to fix things that are broken, then I see :rotflmao: :rotflmao: :rotflmao: a purchase area?? wait, I think I'm mistaken, please correct me.. THANKS

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think it would be nice for someone to make a little coin. I want someone to walk me through basics to advanced weapons I'll be honest, I wouldn't pay a ton of cash, I figure 20 bucks or so for a couple hours. Paypal account. I actually WANT TO.

So.. I'm new to DCS A10, after a long time hearing about it, I decided to pick it up. Played many realistic sims before (FSX A2A, IL2,F4.0 and so on) and this game still shocks me. Is there any trainers in here? I was thinking of paying per hour and someone can sit on TS3 with me, while they connect to my slingplayer to see everything I see without any lag. :) Is this not normal for you guys to train this way? Sure I can read a ton of articles and writeups, but I rather listen and pay :) Thanks
