hello sceptre To answer your questions, I have DCS world installed, BS1 is a boxed installed version and it installed just fine but says it still needs to be activated, BS2 is a download upgrade,......I have no stream version, BS1 is installed on the computer and is updated to DCS module version, DCS world allows me limited access to run the BS sim and everything looks normal, only thing is that it will no allow me into the cockpit, ( can only fly from outside view ) you see, until BS1 is activated I can only fly the sim in somewhat like an arcade mode, out side the cockpit......I have and have entered the serial number for BS1 but it keeps saying activations exceeded, and it will not accept the serial number for BS2 ( which I have ) until BS1 is activated, then it will allow me full access to the sim.

I did a factory restore on my computer and tried to reinstall BS2 upgrade from BS1 and is told activations are exceeded, I had not done any reinstalls for at least a year did not expect to not be able to reinstall BS2, has anyone had a activation exceeded issues and know how to get activations added to their account?

DCS World 3rd party projects? I was wondering about the 3rd party projects listed in this forum, such as Razbam etc, are those aircraft supposed to become modules in DCS World? are they a work in progress? I never see a completion date, I only keep seeing them there, but they only seem to remain in that 3rd party section, or are they just the AI aircraft that appear in DCS?

Good question,.....because all aircraft in DCS world are tied to the single profile in saitek programming. -
Can anyone tell me how programming a throttle in DCS world for seperate aircraft can to work? I have the Ka-50 Blackshark2 and the A-10C using an X-52 throttle which you program "outside the game" for individual aircraft thru saitek programming but in DCS world it combines all aircraft to that single saitek throttle program that is programmed outside DCS World causing a keying conflict in the game because in options the aircraft are keyed seperately but the saitek programming treats it as a single aircraft allowing programing of only one aircraft in DCS World, I hope I explained this well enough, does anyone understand this?

I noticed that the A-10C does not seem to have a key command list for showing key stroke assignments outside the games option menu, at least I cant find it, am I overlooking something or is that true?

Thanks Shagrat Yes, it was the slider for the axis, that resolved that issue....thanks!

yes, it even works for the su-25, not for the a-10c.

I cannot get the throttle to work on the A-10C in DCS, it works with the Su-25, I checked the key map, key pad (-) (+) works when manually pressing the keys, I tried re-keying both joystick software and in the sim and still cannot get it to work, does anyone have any Ideas how to fix this?

I checked the F1 key and it is in sim mode, I can get into the sim, only thing is I am outside the helo, and it ignores me as if I dont exist, it just kinda takes off and begins to fly the misson by A.I. pilot, and I am left to watch from the outside, I think it may be the activation because it is saying invalid serial number but yet I can fly the A-10C as normal. -

The BS2 module is in the module manager and the game loads just fine, just will not allow me access to the cockpit using the F1 key.......I checked the misson editor and could not find where the skill level can be set, where exactly would that feature be found? -
My Blackshark 2 will not allow me to get into the cockpit when I press the F1 key in DCS, A-10C allows cockpit access and works fine, I also tried shift and alt 1 and it did not work either, anyone know anything about a problem like this? I also tried deleting and reentering the F1 key to no avail.

It says my serial number is not valid and that I need to generate a new hardware code, I cannot understand why they would ask people to do something with no instructions on how it is done.

I originally upgraded from Blackshark1 to Blackshark2 version 1.2.4, I had since upgraded to DCS Blackshark version 1.2.5 and did a reinstall and now the system will not allow me to reactivate, it says my serial number is invalid and I need to generate a new hardware code, I think it does not recognize the update to 1.2.5 and is asking that the 1.2.4 be reinstalled, only thing is the 1.2.4 version no longer exist for DCS world, does anyone know how I can regain access with my current upgraded version?

I upgraded to version 1.2.5 on DCS Blackshark from version 1.2.4, this is why I think the system says my serial number is invalid and I need to generate a new hardware code, it is not recognizing the new upgraded version, anyone know how to resolve this issue?

Does the get a new aircraft respawn feature work for anyone? upon crashing shouldnt you be able to get a new plane?

Trimmer Disengage throws full nose up

I have an issue with disengaging the trimmer, is it possible to disengage the trimmer without the Ka-50 being thrown into an almost full nose up position?...it does this every time I try to disengage it.

Trimming the Ka-50 solved the problem, it is something I was not familiar with, I appreciate the help guys.
