So the F-22's in-service KDR currently stands at 0-3?
I'm not sure how Viper off Top Gun would explain this.
Viper: During the Korean war USAF pilots enjoyed a 12:1 kill-death-ratio. Through Vietnam that ratio became 3:1 - pilots had lost some of their dog-fighting skills. In the early 21st century that ratio fell to 0:3 - manufacturers had lost some of their plane-building skills.
That could change at any time.
From what I've heard you're in a race to the bottom with the Chinese to see who can print money the fastest, devalue their currency and pick up exports as a result.
Apparently it's not a write-off. It was a failure to increase power after retracting gear, much like this but with an F-22:

Pilot error this time.
Using a heavy weapon can make it fly like a turd if you only use 1 of them. E.g. a Kh-29 or FAB-500. If you have 2 and only use 1, the aircraft does not fly so good thereafter.
Is this a J-31 or a 3rd stealth fighter? At a glance it doesn't look like it can carry much internally.
The J-31 seems to only carry AAMs internally, so it looks like it won't have a stealth strike ability.
HJ-10

To be followed with AKD-10. They look as much like Hellfires as this looks like a Predator.
Looks like supercruising ability could get stronger still:

Looks like it could get 50,000lbf after all.
You would be lucky to be in the same situation as Greece. Greece has countries like Germany and France and the ECB trying to bail it out. They also have the option of going back to the Drachma. Nobody is going to bail out the US because nobody is able to.
