I do have an SSD 1TB, Windows 10 GTX 2060. Just something I picked up at Best Buy when my PC died. Temporary until I can rebuild my other PC.

Quick question, if I disable some modules(I got 26 including terrains) will that help to speed up load times? I need to upgrade my PC but until then I have to settle with what I have. I bought this gaming PC at Best Buy and it's surprising decent,IL2 is smooth as silk. My load times right now are pretty bad(about 4-5 min to get in pit) I want to put some unused(for now) modules into disable, and would like to know if this will help load time? I really like DCS, but sometimes the load times are really terrible(Multiplayer is real slow to load). Thank you

I'm looking to print out all runways and airports on Caucus map but I have no idea where to find anything. What should I search under Airports, runways, layouts, diagrams, I tried all but get directed to something completely irrelevant to what I'm looking for. All suggestions appreciated.

I was watching a tutorial video on CDU stuff, and he started using the TAD and he turned the map so it was N to S. I was wondering how to do that, flying with the map at a odd angle is a bit annoying.

The more I look for a chair, the more frustrating it becomes. Been checking out the suggestion I've received , WOW $1200 for one chair I was checking out, I think that one was a Steelcase. That's a little pricey. The Omegas are pretty sweet.

Never thought about using a car seat, interesting.

As the title says, I am looking for a decent chair for flying sims and gaming ingeneral. I picked up one about 2 months ago and it's doing my ass no favors, it's way too firm. My butts sore after 45 min. I'm looking for a nice gaming chair(or office chair) that tilts, height adjustments, etc. I'm not TOO worried about price, I'll shell out for a chair if I can spend hours in it without sore ass problems. As always, all help and suggestions are appreciated. ~S~

I'm learning the A10C now, very in-depth. The training missions kinda suck but it's a start. Print out the manual, your gonna need it. I also have the TM Warthog HOTAS and it's all mapped out. Watch GrimReapers Tutorial vids on YouTube, absolutely great vids and they will teach you a lot.

What ports am I suppose to plug in my TM Warthog? 2.0 or 3.0? I'm searching for an answer, but I can't find one, a lot of round-about answers but not specific. ~S~

I have a 1TB SSD, so how much space does each module take? Is it 120G/ module or is it 120G for all of it? I would definitely like to get a couple of more things.

If I wanted to get all planes,campaigns,terrian,etc. how much storage space would I need? I looked at the planes and such on DCS site, and everyone states 120G. I've been watching a lot of Grim Reaper vids, and the most recent I saw was that they say optimum is 100G SSD. So I'm confused.

Tried that, no joy. I E-mailed Tech Support, I really hope they can help me. It would suck having to buy another joystick, this one hasn't been used hardly at all, maybe 24 hrs. altogether,

I should have mentioned it, but I did try other ports, I even put in in the port the throttle was in, nothing. I plugged the throttle back in and it still see's it. I called a buddy and stopped over there and plugged it into his laptop, nothing under devices and it gave no sound when I plugged it in. So I called my brother and went by him and we tried it in his new PC and downloaded the TARGET software and firmware, nothing on the GUI for TARGET. I don't understand, all I did was turn off my PC at night and started it in the morning to find the stick just wasn't being seen by my PC. I have no kids or animals that could have accidentally knocked around anything so I'm at a loss.

I got my TM Warthog up yesterday with no problems, this morning I put on a USB extension cord, turned on my TV and started up TARGET. All that was shown was the throttle. I took off the extension and just plugged it back in the same USB port to see if the extension cord was not working, but still not recognized in Devices or TARGET. I restarted my PC to see if that would fix it, but it didn't. I tried finding posts here but nothing that helps comes up. I getting a little irritated trying to find out the problem. Please help

Well I got the TARGET loaded, stick and throttle connected and I checked to make sure all controls work. I was happy to see the HOTAS already mapped in my sim. Now to learn how to fly a A10.

I haven't used my TM HOTAS in years, so what I want to know is do I download TARGET first and then plug in my throttle and stick. I can't remember if there is a certain way to do it. And I'm not the most computer savvy person around. Any help would be appreciated. I really miss my flight sims.
