yes , indeed . i did watch quite a few of those . thats when i learned the evadeing part . i am getting better . i wasnt sure if the ecm would help me out some . i will try turning it on when the sam launches , then give it my best shot at evadeing . no doubt , it is a tricky peice of bussiness for someone new . but its fun . sometimes i can lock him up with the 65d before he can lock me , but thats only sometimes . i guess i was expecting the ecm to help me out . anyways , ill change my tactics . thanks much for the replies . have a great weekend . cheers .

greetings . i am new to this game . i fly the a-10 mostly . single player . maybe someone could enlighten me on the ecm . i am doing this wrong , i am allmost certian . i engage the ecm as soon as my a-10 is wheels up . but still gets knocked out of the sky with sams . i do evade some . ill get better as time passes , i guess . is the ecm a big factor in the game? could someone please enlighten me . i did read the flaming cliffs manuel on ecm , but it really was the techinical part they were explaining . i also did a search , but most people were talking about online play and the ecm being blinking etc . to put things simple , what is the best way to use the ecm , with the a-10 . thanks for reading . cheers .

greetings . i am new to this sim . my rig is a amd athlon 3700 .my gpu is a 7600 gt , and i have 2 gigs of memory . when i fly , the sim seems to hesitated , just for a split second. its like a split second freeze . i do have some mods installed . aa and af are application controlled . everything in the nvidia control panel is at the default settings . triple buffereing , mip map etc . is that split second freeze , normal? any help or suggestions , would be greatly apprecitated . below are my settings . thanks for reading . cheers .

hey there , you are on this rock also . cool stuff . i can get the saitek x52 at avalon software in st johns for $169.00 plus tax . i have had this old cybourg for 3 years , without a problem . as you said , speical computer stores , in canada are hard to find . i may end up going to avalon software and picking up that x52 . you seem pleased . by the way , we are here in bay de verde . nice to see a fellow nfld-er here . cheers .

greetings . at present , i have a saitek cybourg evo joystick . if a fella was to upgrade his stick , with a budget of ,say , $300.00 canidian dollars ,what would you people reccommend he would buy? i have viewed ironhands training videos. his stick seems to be pretty steady compared to my cybourg . i have trouble locking on . to get the flashing cross , i mean . i am thinking its my stick . maybe theres a setting i am missing? anyways , any suggestions , would be greatly apprecitated . thanks for reading . cheers . @ ironhand . i did view the '' getting started videos '' . awesome stuff . i do have a handle on classefiying , and de-classefying missions etc now . as well as a bunch of other helpfull information . again , HATS OFF , for the great work . cheers .
