Same here, I am unable to make my 8" MFCD working for the A-10C nor the KA-50 (Schkval & Abris)
Looks also like we have to make separate lua config for each aircraft (instead of one lua file for all in 1.2.8 )

AFAIK, CM is only a "life bar" system except for Abhram MBT and few boats.
Would be great one day to get mods like the Arma 3 "Real Armor" mod.
I've also noticed that it is harder to kill MBT with GAU-8 while hitting them from the front (which is the most heavily armored in real life).
I've never played to Steel Beast Pro but I know that that CM are very detailed (not surprising for a pro tank sim)

I wish I had known that when I paid $42 for this module 9 months ago. Of course harassing them for updates isn't constructive nor will it help get things done faster, thankfully everyone is being polite and considerate, but I'm not sure the passive "leave them alone and don't hold them accountable for anything" attitude is the right one either.
It'd be nice to know in what state the team and the development is.
We all understand delays. Still, on a personal level, that module stained my DCS World enthusiasm and the C-101 development state is the sole reason I didn't support and pre-order the ED Nevada map and the Razbam Mirage 2000C (as badly as I wanted to) and will instead wait for the released product.
Same opinion here ...

AFAIK, it is not possible at this time, "Spot Lights" only works for Aircraft.
I have investigate on how the GAZ-66 Light Truck worked, I could not find the relation between the connectors and the lights.

AFAIK, embarking bug has been corrected with the last patch released yesterday on the main branch of DCS.
I've tried a sample .miz, everything seems to work fine.

I wonder.... can we turn the lights on and off during the mission by using a script?
That way maybe people could script funny stuff, like the Ball on a NOLF or something....
One idea would be make the lights directional and turn them around with the script.
Mmhhh, you can activate units via trigger I suppose,
for directional light, I am still wondering how to add spotlights to vehicule, AFAIK, it is not possible with current DCS.

here is a mod I did in request of a friend (Flo) from my french virtual fighter team, some LZ Lights which can be placed every where on the map to create custom LZ for helos.
Be sure to check FORTIFICATION Tab in Mission Editor
2x versions are now available ! High & Low Intensity ;)
4 variants :
- Green
- Blue
- White
- Red
