Here are the screen shots I have booted up dcs in steam and it ran ok shame all my modules are for the stand alone :cry: according to Ge Force experience I have the latest drivers 397.64 Uninstalled oculus software and cleaned registry re-installed software from the oculus site so I prsume its the latest ver 1.25.0.570110 Regards jgrimshaw01 EDIT don't know if this is a breakthrough but I have just done the A10 maverick training mission and alt entered to make the mirror on my monitor Full screen and no crash fingers crossed

Had latest driver installed same issue rolled back to earlier version this crashing only happens with DCS pCARS, Assetto Corsa Dirt rally all ok

I have just returned to DCS after over a year away and installed 2.5, when I left I used my VR headset to fly with the VRA in version 1.5.3 ( I think)and everything was fine as far as goes, so to my massive disappointment when I booted 2.5 up I thought VR would have got better after a year sadly not, for me at least. It runs for a while then after varying amounts of time DCS crashes I have read the logs and it has something to do with my graphics driver. It even crashes in the final version of 1.5. I have been flying the A10c doing the training missions, I even tried a different module and still the same crashes after an unspecified amount of time. I do not have a super computer granted i5 4690k @ 3.9Ghz 16 gig RAM 1600 NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 6GB ScanDisk 1TB Ultra II SSD Any sugestion would be appreciated Regards jgrimshaw01 dcs.log-20180512-202816.zip

If you rollback this far won't it effect the modules you have installed i.e. Spitfire, F5, Viggen?

Same thing here cant login through DCS 1.5.5 openbeta ok in 1.5.4 release EDIT ok sorted after reinstall

Hi all don't know why this keeps happening Its frustrating, nearly every time I fly the Hawk in multi-player I get a CTD I have no mods loaded and have repaired DCS numerous times. Have attached log files. any ideas or could this be my system :doh: Logs.rar

Hi Skatezilla Yes I new about the uprated engines didn't know about the flight model though. So what do the VRA use is it just eye candy? or do they have a model just made for them? Regards J Reaper Grimshaw

"I'm afraid due to legal reasons we can't do the aerobatic Hawk" This is the answer I got from Ells yesterday, and fair comment, but when I look back through the dev updates from 2012 onwards I did see the aerobatics cockpit with the three lights to represent the coloured smoke and most important the GPS unit. I have also seen a few youtube videos that show the aerobatics cockpit being used by the VRA. So my query is, does anyone have the skills or will to model the GPS unit, I haven't a clue how to go about doing this, the GPS unit shows all the relevant instrument readouts in one screen. I'd just like to know if this is possible to do, because some of the mods on here are absolutely fantastic. Regards J Reaper Grimshaw

I can't watch any of the .trk files, it loads up and things are fine then the plane just crashes in to the sea DCS ver 1.5.2.49392. I was hoping that by watching someone else's landing I could get a better idea how to do it, the manual is not much use. Any help would be appreciated John Reaper Grimshaw
