Commonly, the weight of the aircraft is supported by the main land gear (rear) and not by the aux land gear (front). So, maneuvers like this are very risky.
I don't known the Mi-8 specific case, it's a generalisation.
I think the helo is about 800 meters from the target.
The laser (second line at the left of the box) displays the "*" and three digits (less than 1000 meters). The rounds hit the target about 1,0 or 1,2 seconds and the M230 round has a initial speed of 790 m/s
