I actually received them late last night. No additional fees but it was received by a broker and then passed on to FedEx ground. Unfortunately it seems like they let my package sit in the rain for several hours as my box was practically falling apart. Worse yet is that my bag of hardware must of gone missing due to the deplorable state of the box. Milan has been excellent with communication and is sending me the missing parts.

Do you remember who made the final delivery to your door? I got tracking info from Milan with a company by the name of DPD, dynamic parcel distribution. My tracking has been showing "out for delivery" but I haven't received anything yet. I was trying to look up a US contact number so that I may pickup the pedals locally so that I don't have to be grounded while waiting for a truck that may or may not show up. Has anyone else had any luck finding any contact info?

It's a feature that I've been waiting on for quite some time now. It is still listed as one on their product features. Any official word on this, devs?

$36 seems a bit much for a shaped piece of foam. You can probably have decent results making something similar on your own.

Lol. I didn't realize these new pedals were that bad. I guess the their function is good and the main downside is the narrow spacing? I was on vacation while the $300 sale was going on and missed it so I figured this is better than nothing!

Figured I'd let you guys know that Newegg has a promotion going on for a free set of the new rudder pedals with the purchase of the warthog. I haven't seen any feedback on the new pedals yet, but I figure they can hold me up until my crosswinds are ready to ship.

So did this sale end already? The side promos show the sale prices but when we add the items to the cart, they arent discounted.

I understand that, but look at how many steps are required to retrieve that information. Not only that but if I wouldn't have posted in this forum, when would the ticket have been responded to? I'm just trying to pass on some constructive criticism towards the flaws in the current system. Now I only hope that there isn't any trouble activating the product when I get home later.

The serial number is now showing up. It was showing no previous purchases under the original account name. When I logged into my account name with a "1" added it shows the transaction ID but I couldn't find where the serial number was located. I see the serial number now after I log in a second time with the link given above AND while using an alternative web browser. I really hope activating the newer modules isn't as much as a hassle as this was. I don't think I have ever had to wait so long and jump through so many hoops just to install a game I legitimately purchased. Thanks for your help. ps You can go ahead and close my ticket. Are those even being responded to? Seems like many of them have not been responded to judging from the threads posted in this section.

I've submitted ticket# 17017 with no response. I need the serial number to my bs 1 purchase.

With the holiday season approaching I have decided to finally invest in a HOTAS set up. I currently fly LOMACFC, IL2, and FSX with a microsoft FF2 that I love but I find it quite annoying sometimes to resort to the keyboard while flying. I am currently toying with two ideas: 1) Go the CH route and start with a pro throttle to go with the FF2 and then add in the pedals and fighterstick over time or 2) purchase the saitek x-52 pro and saitek pedals right off the bat and go with that I am a little mixed about the x-52 because I think it has been mentioned that it is not the most accurate stick and because the durability on them can be a bit questionable. On the other hand it also appeals to me because it has the "rolling" type throttle, the throttle has rotary dials (trim), and because the throttle can also be used alone. It will also end up costing a bit less than the complete CH set up. I have also heard nothing but good things about the CH products so I am bit torn between the two. I am wondering what your opinions are on the two set ups are and which route would you recommend I take. I am also wondering if each throttle plays nice with the FF2 so I choose to stick with for a while longer.

Is there any word if the webmaster is putting up other mirrors or fixing the current ones. This reallly pisses me off paying for something then not being able to use it. And on top of that theres no word from any of the people responsible. Is this typical for this company or something?
