I know the percentages are different. But at least for A-10C its $15USD cheaper on ED's shop than steam. $5.99 on ed and $19.99 on steam.
The A-10A is $5.99 on ED, and the "C" is $15.99 (on ED).

It's 45 Celsius outside here, ie. it's definitely not winter no matter how good the prices....
I feel your pain, during the summers here in AZ we get 45-47C quite a bit.
Get a discount DCS module nonetheless, might help take your mind off the heat... ;)

When I was in Guam they had Global Hawks there and heard that a base back in mainland US would actually fly the missions once they got airborne. I'm not sure where they went every time they took off, but I do know a few places they went.....but can't repeat it. Look where Guam is on the map and see how close places of interest are.

I just dropped my headset and broke my Track-clip pro... its well and truly busted unless I hash it together with tape like some sort of peasant.

bummer dude! did your trackir at least come with the hat clip as well? (I've been using the hat clip for the last couple of years, never did go with the clip pro).

Any problem with the ASUS drivers?
No issue at all. The SC is working just fine. Via the control panel, I'm using ASUSTeK driver 7.12.8.1794 (as of March 2011).

never thought of disabling my onboard HDA. I'm going to do that just now, and give it a whirl. I currently use an ASUS Xonar SC, that pushes sound through a 5.1 A/V receiver.

Well they can save your ass from a douche sneaking up behind you for a guns kill. Has helped a few individuals out that I know in the past, however the FPS hit is devastating. I have mine off.
nothing worse than a sneaky douche, sneaking up on your @ss... had to turn them off as well. a real FPS killer....
