  1. F10 is for the 2nd flight if you have 2 flights of 4 Mustangs. When either selecting 'F2. Flight..' or 'F10. Other..' you want to issue the command 'attack primary target' Also, the AI will miss the bridge as well sometime and fail to destroy it. For ground targets, you want to use the 'Engage Utility Vehicles' option mostly. Sorry, might not be much help but that worked for me when flying the mission.
  2. Yes please, can we have the option of unbinding the mouse cursor from head movement? It's really annoying having to keep your head still while hitting buttons i.e. like the UFC rocker switches and trying to look at the HUD menu.

  8. Hi, I've decided to sell my X-65F. I love the build quality and the amount of hats and toggles it has, but I just can't get the hang of the force sensing system. I'm just going to use my old X52 for now. I thought I'll gauge interest here before I try eBay or Amazon. I've uploaded some images, everything is in working order.   9. Hi, I'm assuming there is no way to convert your Steam install into a DCS Standalone install (other than deleting the Steam version and downloading the standalone version from scratch)
  10. This. I would much rather fire a revolver by cocking it first as you have a much lighter trigger pull. Certain pistols you can also de-cock after loading a round in the chamber (1-up). However we might be getting off-topic here.

  13. In the end these examples are still just groups following a tightly coordinated process IMO. It looks like art to the observer because the observer is not aware of the defined procedures? Imagine one of the dancers in ballet or pilots in the aerobatic team suddenly decided to start doing improv. It's not supposed to be Jazz music :P EDIT: I guess the point is you first have to be a master at the situational procedures before you can make a decision if you are allowed to improvise or not?
  14. Hi Ace, I'm a total noob too and I'm still learning the F15 and a new HOTAS at the same time (lots of restarts) and I haven't flown online yet. I'm also not that huge into the theory. I will be willing cannon fodder if you want some practice, perhaps we can both learn a bit :D

Hi, Sorry I got distracted by trying to find targets before they horribly murder me... :joystick: I ran the training mission again but it does not give me a option to save the track after I quit? I tried it again however and it says switch the altitude mode to barometric on the autopilot, and then fly an altitude of 325m and engage alt hold. the problem is the radar altimeter goes up to 300p and then jumps to 600+ barometric (I'm assuming). I hold altitude just when it switches from radar to baro, but the training track never advances. It doesn't ask to hit spacebar to advance either?
  20. I use one of the toggle switches on the stick for speed brakes. You have to take your hand off the throttle or stick though.
  21. Hi, first of all thanks for these excellent training missions! I have a problem though, in the mission En-route Nav Training you should configure the aircraft to hold altitude at 325m. The altimeter jumps from 300 to 700+ though? I have also set the altimeter to barometric. What am I doing wrong?
  22. ALR-94. The SU-35 is nice and all, but I would rather be in the Raptor if I had to choose between the two.
  23. I would love to see this, I have tried flying the Shark for a bit, got frustrated with the trimming and went to the A10.
