  1. Hey guys. I would like to ask devs on couple things about FC package. First of all, when we can expect update of MiG-29 series? Exterior, cockpit models and of course FMs. Their status right now is really obsolete. I would like to see them modernized and get them on the same level as F-15C and Su-27SM. Second question is about capacity expansion of FC3 package. Have you been thinking about implementing additional aircraft into FC3? DCS have so much potential and consisting so few flyable planes. I understand that quality takes time and a lots of complex projects are under development right now but the world of military aviation is so huge that u simply cant make every plane and every version. Have you been thinking about creating another "simple" but modern planes on the same level as F-15 or Su-27? What about F-16A, MiG-25P, F-18A, Ja35F, Ja37, Mirage F1, A-7B, MiG-27BN and other concrete airplanes which can be modelled as "easy modules" at the same level as other FC3 birds . It can pump up battles into whole new level because of new aircraft with different roles and missions. The older version can be modelled as the "easy" one, the new one as the complex one as it is now with A-10s. A variant is the "easy one", C is the complex one. Pick up some concrete version of each iconic single-seat jet airplane and make it into FC3 standard. There will be still a lots of space for complex models and you will seriously upgrade your DCS sim. Thank you.
  2. If you want F-14 Tomcat, contact IRIS company. They were working on F-14A for DCS. I've heard they are still active and working on it but very slowly. I would like to know actual condition of this module. Guys dont put developer companies against each other, there so many birds which can be modelled and be useful in MP combat.     @Buzzles Alright, this is a good answer. Thank you. @NeilWillis Oh my...Once again I am saying its called honest feedback from online player, nothing more... If some developer will write down that he doesnt stand for this kind of feedback from potential customer, than its pretty clear. Sure I have a choice to buy or not to buy, to support or not to support...words just explain reasons better than purchase numbers. So far, Ive supported everything and looking forward for other projects...and here, I am looking forward for Mirage F1.

    I am sorry if I was OT but I didnt see any topic where I could post my feedback / opinion and also have chance to get some answer from developers....or maybe some chance to talk about it little bit. Your posts are pretty much OT as well without any content ;-) Combat capabilites of these kind of aircraft ( C101, Hawk, L-39...) are very limited. You can use it as a light attack aircraft but in rough multiplayer DCS World they will be very vulnerable and their tasks must be easy with minimum threats if you want to succeed. Trainer aircraft sounds very well but DCS reality is separated from the real one. If you crash, you can spam again. A lots of guys bought FC3 package which includes supersonic jets and attackers with very simplified systems. They are ideal to learn basics and combat stuff. As an aerobatic airplane, they can be very handy but not every squadron is aerobatic.... Mirage F1 is one fine aircraft and could be one of the most usefull planes right now. Once again I am saying dont take it as a rude critics. Its just feedback from DCS World fan which is addicted to online multiplayer.

    Well, its a kinda sad that you prefered trainer aircraft before very interesting combat machine. I think that feedback of DCS players is important and I hope you will take it without offence.. Today I wrote a post on VEAO Simulations facebook as a reaction on project HAWK and its the same with this one. I hope you dont mind if I just copy here the exact words. ... Our CZ/SK virtual squadron will not support this kind of modules. We want frontline combat machines, not trainers or aerobatic planes. As owners of every DCS module which can be purchased right now, we are enjoying combat in DCS World MP on proven servers. Sorry guys but my opinion is clear. Time and money which you invested in this project could be spent way better. I am continuously watching ED forum so I understand that you have different kind of development teams, but anyway....If you release some logical combat machine in good quality which can be usefull in MP combat, you can count on it will appear in our collection.
  6. Oldschool G version ( HueyCobra) was very fine attack helicopter and improvement over UH-1 Huey gunships. Its job was to escort Huey Slicks to the LZ, clear the LZ from the potential threats, cover the drops and support troops on the ground. It had only unguided rockets, M-134 gatling guns or grenade launchers. I would like to have it in DCS but you also have to think what we actually need. UH-1H is so vulnerable helicopter in our war theatre because of different kinds of AA weapons or armor vehicles which cant be effectively engaged and destroyed by Huey helicopters. You have to cooperate with A-10s or Su-25s. We need something with guided missiles like TOW missiles. AH-1Z is too modern for our theatre so only AH-1S(F) or W comes into consideration.

  11. Hello guys. This problem suddenly appeared on my 1.2.10 version. I tried to reinstall DCS several times and also reinstal my drivers....nothing has changed. Anyone knows how to fix it? It crashes during menu loading screen at 10%. I ll appreciate any advice.
