  2. First off, congratulations on the progress of 1.1, it's looking absolutely fantastic! I can't wait to builg a big military base with all the different installations and then BLOWING IT ALL UP! HAHAHA! Anyway, I wondered if there's a chance we will see the AI go faster on the taxiway...they seem awfully slow at 13-15 km/h. It is a war after all! :P
  3. (Sorry for another English thread :) ) If Lock On sells well, do you think it's possible to make a new theatre as an add-on pack? When I fly around the streets of Sevastopol I can appreciate the huge amount of work that's put into the Crimean theatre, astonishing detail! So I guess it would mean a bigger amount of work to create something from the beginning, but it's ok to wish right? :D Anyway, I'm from Norway and would love to see the old Cold War scenario with Northern Scandinavia and the Kola Peninsula modelled with Eagle's amazing eye for detail.   4. Some features I thought I'd mention...perhaps they're easy, perhaps they're hard, I don't know. :wink: 1. When you crash, the view changes immediatly to another view (map or other plane). Is it possible to apply the ExplosionExpoTime to player views also? (switch from cockpit view to external explosion for example) 2. When you assign a new key in options->input, the scroll bar jumps to the top...is it possible to make it stick? 3. The menu will not remember Scenes=High and Civ Traff=On, but it will show in the game...I know you are working on that, but is there a simple workaround now? (I've tried editing graphics.cfg and setting it to Read Only, but didn't make any difference) 4. The AI needs some work... :( Is this a part of the current 1.0.2 work? The AI can lock me up when I'm sitting on the runway, and knows my position even if he can't see me on radar (I'm hiding in terrain) and without AWACS... 5. In order to gain performance on my average PC, I have deleted (with backup :wink: ) the shader files in Lock On\Bazar\Effects\Rendereffects\Shaders. I know it is insulting to the beautiful graphics, but sometimes function is more important than beauty. :lol: Are there other such "dirty tricks" that can improve performance without causing any other problems than slightly worse graphics? 6. Tim Ivanov (if I remember correctly) wrote a little about the Enviroment Map on the Ubi forums a while ago, it was very interesting. He wrote that on the "Low setting", the enviroment map was set to update at every 30 mins in order to gain the most performance. Is it possible (for the tweaking user) to create a Water setting that is somewhere between Low and Medium? I love the ripples in the water, but the Sun reflection only needs updating every 5 minutes or so (change of color/position)...is the reflection rendered between these updates? What about rippled water but no other reflections? (Mav seeker head etc) (5 and 6 is not patch suggestions, I'm only asking if it's possible to change this in .cfg files or something) I apologize if any of these topics are already covered on this forum, the Babel Fish translation is not very fast or accurate. :shock: Anyway, thanks alot for making this beautiful game. Lock On feels like a wife. I love her and will stay with her, but we argue sometimes and she has some habits we don't agree on...but I will try to remember her birthday. :P

  6. Working on my little Su-33 signature picture, I was hoping I could get some pointers on the "motto". A web-translator did this: :) I understand "Deadly" sonds better than "Fatal", that's easy enough, but "Sharp Feelings" is abit harder...in english: "Sharp Senses" as in hearing, seeing etc. Any ideas? Thanks...
