Thanks EightyDuce for your response and yes it was fresh DCS install and Windows as well However, I fixed the problem by reinstalling windows again but this time did not use AsusDriverHub and went straight to AMD to download the chip drivers. it looks fantastic and ready for pimax crystal super. Thanks all for your responses, I appreciate the help -

I haven't tested other games, played squad and it looked fine. Here is another picture, the GPU is terrible under used -

Hi All, Yes I did update the Bios and Clear the CMOS. I tried both the default and EXPO 1 setting in the BIOS and they give the same result. The FPS fluctuates so bad, one second it is over 100 FPS, the next second looking at the other side where there is activity going on and it dips below 70 FPS. I am using AsusDriverHub and it shows all my drivers are up to date. I did also do some benchmarks with CPU -Z and here is the score. I built this system mainly to play VR, playing at 4k with my previous system was just fine. -

I am not impressed at all, I upgraded from 11900k to this chip and I went from being able to play at 4k to don't even think about it. my frame rates are as low as 17 FPS in scenes the 11900k was able to hold above 70 FPS. I am not sure what is going on. This is complete Windows installation, and my RAM is 64 GB at 6000 MHZ and the GPU is 3080. I am on Win 11 Professional. Any help would be appreciated before I return both the motherboard and CPU. -
Does this patch include the save game functionality. I had DCS uninstalled for the last 6 months and normally don't play this game anymore for the simple reason of not being able to save my progress.

I did all of that, plus you can clearly see screen door effect on this headset. I don't have problem reading what is in the cockpit, it is beyond the cockpit where the mess is, it is too blurry and shimmering. I cannot believe people actually enjoy this.

I recently got the Quest 3 and my system isn't that bad. I have i9 11000k with RTX 3080 and 64 GB RAM @ 3600 MHZ. I did all the tweeking and downloaded occulus tray tool, openXR tools . Well after a months of trying to get out of this thing a reasonable quality at least close to 1080p nevermind 4k, I gave up. the image is blurry, too blurry I am afraid to ditch the flat screen. just not yet. I am about to return my Quest 3 back to amazon. Do you have any suggestions?

I have always struggled how to re-acquire a target after I lose radar lock. This happens when I shot a missile, or he shot and I maneuver. Are there any tips and tricks to this. The sky is massive, is he to your left, to your right, how high or low is he, the task is daunting. Any tips?

Ok so now DCS world needs a hard drive of its own? this game is headed for 300 GB drive space, where is DCS going with this? into one terabyte?

He should be fixing what he sold to the people and DCS should find way to stop missions from breaking because of an update. this game is stupid
