I tend to go through most of them in spurts. I'll fly the Ka50 for a week, get tired of it and switch to the a-10c for a bit. Those are probably the two that get the most stick time. I've been flying the L-39za a lot recently as well. It's maybe not the fastest or most maneuverable but for some reason I just really enjoy flying it. Maybe it's the simplicity, I don't have to (re) learn all the systems every time I get in, I can just get in and go. Additionally, it's a plane that a guy could actually buy and fly privately if he ever had a spare half million so I think that's part of the appeal for me as well.
The other planes I have (F-86 & FW-190) don't seem to get as much stick time. With the -86 I get frustrated with the seeming ineffectiveness of the guns. I can sit there behind a Mig-15 and unload completely, scoring good hits according to the debrief and yet it still flies. Really fun to fly though. Maybe I'd like the Mig-15 better.
The 190 I just don't think I've had enough time to try out so I'm not quite in love with it yet. I did have a great "fast mission" experience, set it up as a dog-fight 2 on 4 expecting that the computer would set me up against similar opponents, turns out it was 2 190's against 4 mig-29's... a very short engagement but I did get 1 mig on the merge with a lucky cannon burst.
More and more I'm moving away from the flaming cliffs planes. Now that I'm used to the clickable cockpit I find having to remember keyboard commands for everything rather tedious.
Really looking forward to the F/A-18, & the mirage showing up on steam. Hoping for some Vietnam war era aircraft as well.
Cheers,
