I've put together a mission that allows users to fly as Aggressors in a Red Flag mission. Initially I made it as one mission where both SP and MP could exist together but for simplicity I have now separated the two. SP has options for the player to fly multiple types or A/C (FC3, A-10c, UH-1, CA, and Hawk). Read the briefing and follow taxi instructions to make sure triggers get engaged. Since your wingman will not rearm, there is an option to activate an additional fighter that is set to follow you. Not sure how much he will help... MP is pretty straightforward. I've yet to have enough pilots together where I could also participate in the CA part of the mission (the ground attack is autonomous but CA could be fun with it). Let me know thoughts and critiques. Well no maps in the 2.0 kneeboard for the F-86. This has been for some time now. Am I missing a workaround? -Climber

I was building a Red Flag type mission recently and wanted to use aggressor skins on their aircraft. For the F-15 it isn't a problem at all the aggressor skins are the only choice. I was checking out other aircraft and some have aggressor skins but are not enabled for the Aggressor side. Examples are the huey and the Hawk. I was able to correct this by going into the liveries file and adding "AUSAF" into the accepted countries in the description LUA file. This works until I do an update or repair, then it reverts back. So my wish is for this to be corrected. Not sure if it is a module designer issue or ED issue. Thanks in advance. -Climber

Thanks for the reply. I wasn't sure. There was nothing about it in the F-15's documentation so I was getting suspicious that it didn't have that capability. -Climber

Not sure if this is in the correct thread but in my mind it seems to be more of a FC3 question, so here goes! I've built a Red Flag type mission and outfitted the Red team primarily with Russian aircraft. I have an A-50 trolling about for AWACS and I have no problem getting radar updates on my HDD from it. I have an F-15 on the Red side as well (for multiplayer) but it doesn't seem to be getting AWACS info (does the F-15 have this capability - to receive data from AWACS coverage??). As a test I added an E-3 onto the Red side thinking that it would feed data to the F-15 but what actually happened was that myself (in a SU-27) got BRA information from both the A-50 and Sentry while the F-15 (multiplayer client) only received info from the A-50 and again no data. Is there something I'm missing? I have several troubleshooting items I plan on trying but if somebody can see an easy fix, please let me know. Here are some of my troubleshooting ideas: Keep the E-3 and remove the A-50 and see if the F-15 will get data and the SU-27 will not. Test if an EWR will work rather than AWACS Keep the E-3 and add an EWR somewhere on the ground. Test the mission in single player with the F-15 and see if it gets data from the A-50, E-3, both, or none at all. Convince my buddy that the F-15 is good and all but the Flanker is where it's at. :pilotfly: Any ideas are appreciated and thanks in advance. -Climber

Second that. The only page that is now on the kneeboard is a new one that lists weapon status and keyboard shortcuts (very similar to the help windows for the UH-1).

I've looked over the TAW page but it seems that there are lots of required events that due to R/L I can't possibly do. Any way around that?

Greetings folks, I have recently gotten addicted to DCS and want to get into a MP environment. I started with the F-86 and recently gotten the Hawg running. I'm doing alright with both and even been building some missions to train myself. I'm looking for a server with players on during NA east coast evenings and I prefer to fly with folks 18+. Currently I have been flying Aces High for several years and may even be dragging some guys from there over. Making mandatory events can be tough since I'm working on a mid-life career change by going to school and working 2nd shift. I may only get one or two nights a week but I'm a heckuva guy :) One other thing is that I need to test out how my machine will do in multi-player. DCS seems to eat up my FR. I do already have TS loaded so I will just need a few minutes to reset my buttons for comms. -Climber

OK feeling kinda silly now. Upon further looking I have found that my sabre module is still at 1.2.1 while all else is at 1.2.9 So how do I update my sabre module?

Yes I did and the activation code still appears. I can copy it to clipboard, etc

The module is up to date. The aircraft shows but I just don't get to fly it...

I'm still new to DCS world so this maybe something that I should know how to fix... I can no longer be in control of my aircraft after choosing a mission. I have checked and I am not running a video of another mission and I have run through the function keys that may put me back into the pilot seat. Currently I can only see external views and no cockpit views. The aircraft begin their own startup sequence and leave for the mission without me. The only aircraft I have is the Sabre. Please help...
