  1. Do you have any news about when we will be able to drive tigers shermans etc.? My other question because I have just bought CA . Do you know if is there a way to get a crosshair or something to be able to aim properly like with the modern tanks or it is not impemented yet? I have tried the different views of the stug and have checked the control list but I haven't found such view yet. Maybe I missed it.

  4. Hello Heatblur Simulations and Viggen fans! I have just bought this module yesterday but haven't flew it for a single minute yet and although I have registered on the forum for years but this is probalby only about my fifth post but I felt I have to express my feeling about that the viggen module have so amazing theme music and it sounds so good and "oldschool" that I feel I am back in time and it make me feel that a lot of love went into this module just by listening its theme an looking at the background arts for the first time. I haven't felt like this with any other module before. I know its just a small "meaningless" detail but I though I have to give my personal feedback about it. Well Done! :D

    Holy Cow!

    So now DCS have a secret Cow level also. (If you have played diablo :D) But on a serious note. Personally I don't think that making a few cow or civilian model with simple animations and putting them on the Normandy map would be so demanding task that it would set back the develompement and improvement pace of DCS so much that it would be a worthy news to complain about. I would say it adds more immersion and life to this map and makes a lot of us smile and get immersed while passing by with a WW2 plane. But I can understand that it might feel useless and a waste of time for some who are just interesed in watching the instruments and the crosshairs or does not even like WW2 and Normandy .
  6. I had this also but than I have tried to spin it up a bit longer than the suggested (25? sec) than it seems its is always starting for the first try. I also realized that the takeoff tutorial and some of its instruction might be outdated or something becasue it did not work when I have tried everything done "by the book" (instructor suggested). For example When I bought the module I have tried to do the takeoff according to the suggestions and I failed many times than I tried my way and realized it might be that the characteristic of the plane might have been changed a bit since these instructions were created because I feel that the ideal speed of unclocking/locking the tailwheel (releaseing the stick towards neutral position) while accelerating is not the one the instructor suggests. So maybe they have changed something with the engine startup a bit also thats why the suggested spin up time is not enough. I can be wrong though because I am very far from a "DCS exper"t.
  7. Hello Everyone! I recently started to play DCS:World and I have to say Its fantastic. (my last played real combat simulator was falcon 3.0). I only have the F-15c module yet but I already have at least 15hour flight time with it I can safely land kill easy enemy planes I have learnt using the radar etc. But I have a few simple question maybe someone can help with it. 1. I have only played the generated fast missions my settings is always the same I only change the opponent plane types and It seems every time my F-15c got a different "paintjob". Is there any way I can set one I like or why is it random I have no idea yet. 2. I am a bit confused about this module (F-15c) I know there are different complexity ones I know this one doesn't have clickable cockpit like A-10c but I read its AFM somewhere at this forum I read it might be PFM or hardcore version or its only in progress. So now is this module really AFM or PFM now or will be? I found it a bit "easy" to fly I mean I could land safely for the first time even though It was a hard landing( My descending rate was too much) but the plane didn't have a scratch. So its only that the F-15 a well built durable and easy to fly beast :) or its that this module have a bit less realistic behaviour compared to the "exclusive" ones? 3. Do you know about any plan for future "full" release of any version of the F-15 with clickable cockpit? 4. Next to the F-15c module at the DCS:World game menu I see the "beta" tag does that mean that not every funcion of the plane are implemented yet? 5. Is there any addon to view the "replay tracks" with better options like rewind and camera options to make good videos? Or the mechanic how it works does not make it possible? Ahh and some minor annoyance I can live with but maybe some of you know how to fix it. The character profile is not working properly it doesn't save anything under my F-15c tab. At the cockpit the fuel indicator of the additional fuel tanks seems always stuck at the max value. And I have some problems with the flaps they sometimes set to the base position randomly after I pull the landing gear up and sometimes they stay down so after take off they seems to behave a bit randomly and I have to check the indicator a lot at take off whats going on. Is this normal? Sorry I wanted to make this a bit shorter. :) A big thanks in advance!
