Yes before the update I had them and was able to fly them. Now in the opening up of the DCS it reads A4E-c and VSN F-4B/C Phantom II are disable.

They show up, however when DCS is opening up it says VSN F-4B/C Phanton and A4E-C will be disable. They do show up in the ME, however disabled, my question to ED is why?.

I like to know why ED disable VSN F-4B/C Phanton II and VSN A-4E-C Skyhawk after this last update?

Hello Everyone, I have just recently return to DCS after about 5-6 years absent. The last time I was here, the World War 2 stuff was beginning to happen. The last thing I bought was the Normandy Map and WW II assent. Since then have been away due to health and other problems. I am back now, what caught my interest was the YouTubes showing of DCS moving towards the Vietnam War, in which I am a Vietnam Veteran. I just upgrade to DCS World 2.8 and downloaded the VSN F-4B/C Phantom II and installed it the way it was shown on YouTube. However when I go into the game, there is no F-4B/c Phantom to be found when I tried to do a Training. Mission. Can someone help out this old Veteran in getting this F-4B/c Phantom II to work. Thank You

As I stated in the post about tracers. About the tracers effect in DCS P-51D, I think the tracers effect maybe could use a little bit of up date. However not much. The smoke trails could be a little bit better. According to this gun camera it shows some tracers and at times no tracers, however there is more smoke trails then you see tracers. [ame= ] [/ame] Now this may be due to the pilots own prefernce of his ammo load out. Yes I have fired tracers when I was in Viet Nam. Fired both .50 Cal and M-60. I know there was at least two traces colors one was red and the other was orange. Every fifth round was a tracer. However during the day the tracers was not very bright and you could hardly see them. At night it was a different story, you could see the red or orange very clearly. Fact I watch Spooky and Puff fire their mini guns at night and it was one long stream. So as far as the tracers goes, they could be a bit more bright white and may be more of a smoke trail. Also maybe the hit effects could be more detrail.

I have a Saitek X52 Flight Control System. I am a nood on using the different Modes, never need to until now. I have my Mode 1 set up. What I need to know is how to set up controls for Mode 2 and maybe for Mode 3. I don't use the Saitek SST program. I want to set up different control set up for P-51D, F86F, FW190D-9 and maybe for the 109K-4. Thank You.

I down loaded the DCS World 2.0 open alpha. The install went good with no problems. Got my three planes install with no problems. However I got a massage that There is no terrain install. Dose this mean I have to get the new map for it. Or can I export the Caucasus map into the DCS World 2.0 open alpha. If I can export the Caucasus map into the 2.0 open alpha, how do I export into the 2.0 open alpha. Thank You

I am new here to DCS World. The only reason I came here is because of the WW2 section. I still fly Aces High 2 for the reason of flying the B-17, where I am the CO of the v97th BG. I have been flying Air Combat Sim and games for about 28 years now. I have seen them come and go. I personally like to see DCS World War 2 start off as 1943 and work up to April 1945. I like to see the B-17F model come first then the B-17G. I am not very interested in the Morden Day aircraft except maybe the F86F and the F4 Phantom because the fact I am a Marine Corps Vet Nam Vet and watch them in action. I like to see DCS make a maps that are full world like in MS CFS had. Thats my $.02 as if I have any say on this.

I am trying to build a Marshalling Yard attack, however I can not get the train cars to align right. Is there a way to get them and other objects to align better. Thank You

Hello I am new to DCS, I have the F-86F, FW 190-D9 and P-51D installed. I am now trying to learn how to build missions. I am trying to build a mission hitting Marshalling Yards and Trains. However I can not find the trains in the missions builder. Where do I find them. Thank You.
