Authorization failed after DCS 2.9.14.8222 update
Rocky49 replied to DeNbEiRe_BE's topic in Installation Problems
Did those exceptions too, did not help. Repaired by checking every file and reset the exceptions and now it works. -

Never seen this happen in an update with my Windows anti-virus before. I would like the Admins to see if this is a false reading by my anti virus -

Just Moved from HP G2 to Quest 3 Need a roadmap of what I need to do
Rocky49 replied to Rocky49's topic in Virtual Reality
I've looked all over You tube, lots of people have video but none are recent enough to cover the up to date changes to DCS and Open XR I have figured out how to make my Quest 3 Link to my computer but I can't seem to make sense of how I get the Quest to link up to the DCS software. With The HP G2 all I had to do was start the Mixed Reality Portal, then Click on the DCS "APP" and it would start. Because Oculus (Meta) is XR compliant I thought it would be similar. I hope I don't have to go back to the Steam APP, never liked that and was glad when DCS adopted native XR -

You are right. I heard back from Pimax and I am cancelling my order.

As stated in the caption. I know that the 2080TI should work but not sure about my CPU I've been waiting to build a new Computer until the 5090 becomes available

Limited time: 15,000 ED Miles offer for DCS with the Crystal Light
Rocky49 replied to jaapgrolleman's topic in Pimax
I purchased my Crystal light on the 2 October and would like to claim my points. -
I found I was too high for the shorter ranges. had to find the right height for the range and terrain
-
So I found I could not hit targets under 2300 Meters? no matter how high I was
-
I'll try targeting from further away and see if that is the solution.

Thanks YoYo

I have been trying to use the APKWS in a single player Mission I created on the Kola map. I set up the rockets as per the training mission provided by PC. The rockets just fly off the KW and fly downrange until they run out of inertia. My method of deployment works properly in other maps. Is anybody else experiencing this?
-
Yes, that was the issue!!! Feel kinda stupid for not noticing that.
-
My mini-stick is uncontrollable. I try to scroll slowly and it starts to speed up and then it moves up or down and stops. It acts the same way in both axis, horizonal and vertical. I have tried changing the saturation and adding curves not change at all
-
Moderator: please merge my thread with the other thread with this same topic. It would appear that it is some kind of issue with the MMS across several brands of joysticks.
-
I have another thread with controlling the MMS with my STECS. I can not seem to slow down the travel of the Mini stick no matter how little pressure I put on direction of travel.
-
no problem Hopefully someone will know what I need to do
-
Okay thanks for responding . It is bound to the MMS in Axis commands. No other commands are assigned to the mini stick
-
I bound it via the Co-pilot axis page. just selected the STECS, Hi-lighted each axis, x and y to the MMS vertical and horizonal x and y. The mini stick works okay with other a/c but in the KW it is uncontrollable. The slightest pressure on either axis can cause it to accelerate I checked it's calibration in the VKB app and it is working correctly Do you leave the Saturation at 100 and the curve at 0?
