  1. Hi, I've had this problem for a year with my old card. Came brand new and had that odd problem of (for me it was black and white) flickering all over and squares and cubes and then all back then recover to desktop, video driver has recovered. I spent countless hours researching and finding out what to do. At the time I did not know but it is a 100% hardware issue. I took the time to increase maximum voltage and run the fan at very high settings. This resulted in less, but still existant crashes. One day, after a good 2 weeks at NAS JRB Fort Worth learning about some F/A-18C's I came back home to find my card dead. Shit would not start whatsoever. Turned out the problem was indeed very hardware related and when I got a new card I put in the same drivers I was using before and I have never had it crash since.
  2. I'm probably going to buy that BFT campaign too for the F15C, it's probably gonna teach me some maneuvering or something I didn't know :) edit: once it comes out that is lol
  3. what stick are you using bigchump? if you are not using one and using the keyboard, the design for the stick has been changed in the past month/two so that the the stick does not return to the center when you stop depressing the keys. this will result in it being almost inpossible to engage the autopilot; as you can only engage it with it a 5 (although my experience more says about a 2-3) degree deviation from horizon. and the stick can barely be moved from the center for it to engage. hint: if you see the little switches on the panel turn up, the autopilot is not engaged. it will actually only function in the plane if you see the lights on the right panel light up AUTOPLT and ALTHOLD (or something like those).
  4. I think that's a very good point. I think there is also the possibility of some good coder or someone really good at hacking that will somehow manage upload a virus disguised as a skin if the server automatically accepts them and spreads them unwillingly to clients...
  5. It works. You cannot be more than 5 degrees pitched from 0 to activate the attitude autopilot, and only once you have activated that, and you are very close to not pitching either up or down, you can activate the altitude autopilot.
  6. it's also possible in the F-15C too, not just the MIG-29.
  7. It's already being discussed just a few topics down from this one. It's already been noted and I suppose it's going to be fixed soon due to the fact it's a pretty game changing bug.
  8. From the F15C Manual: In the center of the display is the course deviation indicator. The course deviation dots show the deviation of the current aircraft position from the required course line. Each dot represents a 5- degree deviation from the set course.
