The UFC was updated in the second MLU update (Mid-Life Upgrade) to Finnish hornets. Here's a link to an article from Finnish Air Force.

I still encounter this bug. Just starting up and shutting down hornet at apron does not trigger the bug. But if spawning airborne, landing, shutting down and then starting the hornet up the bug appears. Appers also from cold&dark - airborn - landing - shutdown - restart --> bug. I've attached a track of this bug appearing. Track is saved from stable version. F18_FCS_restart_bug_2019-09-16.trk
